I genuinely had the worst experience with Anna Maria. I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday May 4th at 1:00pm which Anna Maria showed up 40 minutes late to. Not only was she extremely unprofessional but she bleached my hair not once but twice to supposedly get the desired color that I wanted which is ridiculous because I went in for a balayage and just a wanted to make my hair look a little bit more golden than it already looked. Throughout this entire process Anna Maria and other hairstylists at this location would frequently go to a private area and whisper about what she had done to my hair. Two other hair stylists told her in front of me to ask before she does something and constantly corrected her, they would look at me all the time scared because they knew she had messed up my hair. I had to call my mom because I was on the verge of tears. After my hair was bleached twice it looked orange. Then she puts toner on it and I left with white hair. They would constantly say that I looked so good and that they loved it even though my mom and I had told them that it was not what I asked for and that we hated it. She told me she wanted to blow dry and curl my hair for free, even after someone had told her that it was an awful idea because my hair was too delicate from it being bleached twice and the toner. She offered multiple times and I said no and she still ended up doing it. Even previous to making the appointment I had sent Anna Maria two pictures of what I wanted. Their excuse was that I went in with hair that was too orange which is not true because I have pictures of my hair before she butchered it and it was not orange it was already blonde. One of the hair stylists even had the audacity to say “ you’re grown enough to come here by yourself, but when you need someone to defend you, you call your mom”. This was honestly a nightmare. I went in excited at 1 pm to get my hair done for my senior prom and left at 7 horrified because of the awful job Anna Maria did. DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself the money, time, and hair damage. Update: I went today again May 7th because they said they would be able to get my hair how I liked it which was a lie. I went in today because they had promised my mom that they would fix my hair but Alberto only ended up putting toner on my hair to make my roots barely even darker and my hair instead of white and extremely light blonde. While I was here they were extremely rude to my grandma and told her that if she’s gonna go in there with a fighting attitude it’s not going to end up good. And they are just now teaching Anna Maria how to dye hair which I over heard another employee tell her customer which is utterly ridiculous. Why let someone dye and ruin other people’s hairs if they have no clue how to do it. I am still extremely upset with my hair and it is ruined for my prom and graduation. The worst part is that I was still charged and had to pay $150 to get my hair ruined.

Best personalized service. Pays attention to every detail. Warm and kind people. No waiting for hours. Call and make your appointment. I happily drive from Miami to have my hair done with Alberto! April 5 2023 update: still as happy as always with Alberto's service! Today I had highlights, haircut and blowdry and I'm more than happy with the result! I think I'll keep driving from Miami as long as Alberto is there!

I've been going for years. I use Alberto. Very nice man. Listens to what you want. Always does a good job. Not a large salon, which is what I like about it. Individualized attention. I always go here for my KERATIN and they always look amazing!

I absolutely recommend this salon! Francy works magic with my hair and I just LOVE our appointments together! Patty does my pedicures , she is very gentle and uses all professional techniques! Distancing and sanitation is great. Masks are worn all the time. Appointments are spaced out, so it's never crowded. My hairdresser is Mark. Very talented and has great energy 🙏

Worst experiece I have ever had with my hair. Owner hires only friends and family, his niece, Francy, fried my hair, then was egotistical about it and the owner is worse!. The place is shabby, no tea/coffee station, and most of all, they do not understand color at all. Horrible experience. They should have put simple highlights to add a touch of red to my brown and now I have to spend months repairing hair. Awful place, don't waste time or money on these people, they just do not care.
