I love alchemy face bar and their microneedlng service. I always go to Star and she has helped make huge improvements to my skin. She recommends and explains to me exactly how to use face products that would benefit my skin type.

Loved this place. Sam was great, super knowledgeable and friendly. My skin was super glowy once I left. Also love that they don’t play boring spa music but mellow songs I actually listen to. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love Alchemy! Today I went to the highlands location & seen Jennifer. She was incredible! Very informative & knowledgeable. My skin feels amazing & I would highly recommend the golden glow. My skin feels very nourished. The Alchemy signature has always been my favorite of your deciding on which one to try start there.

I’ve been coming to Alchemy Facial Bar in Highlands since 2017, back when I was preparing for my wedding, and I absolutely love this place! The facility is beautiful, the team is so welcoming, and they offer the best products. My all-time favorite is the DiamondGlow facial—it’s hands down the best facial ever! It keeps my skin glowing and youthful. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with so many amazing women here, but I recently had a facial with Anya, and she was incredible. She’s so sweet and kind, and she took the time to explain every step of the process. I left feeling relaxed and my skin has never looked better. I can’t recommend Alchemy Facial Bar enough! I’ll definitely be back (as always).

Just had the best facial with Anja!! My skin is feeling so bright and rejuvenated. She recommended the vitamin glow which included a dermaplane and peel and it was just what I needed! Even the massage was great. Will definitely be back to see her!

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. My daughters and I have been clients for 2+ years and we’ve always been punctual to every appointment. We were running a bit behind today and I had the courtesy to call and let them know we were running 5 mins behind. I was told this shouldn’t be a problem and this would work out okay. A few mins later I received a call from Alchemy and the woman on the phone mentioned that we could not come in a few mins late because my daughter required 45 mins instead of the standard 30 mins that their booking system had assigned. How was that our fault? As mentioned my daughter has been a client for a long time and the Vagaro system isn’t recognizing her a such. She apparently came in as a new client. NOT MY FAULT. I wasn’t given an alternate option nor the flexibility to go a few mins late AND I was immediately charged after our conversation. Since there is no flexibility for their clients, there will be no flexibility on our end either. I will be taking my service elsewhere.

Consistently some of the best facials I've ever had! I tried some other places but ultimately always end up coming back here. Fair prices, extremely kind and knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere. The facial itself- they put product down the neck and also a great neck + arm rub! Overall would highly recommend, especially getting on their email list for the booking deals :)

Doing anything for the first time is nerve wracking, and I’m so glad I chose Alchemy for my first facial. I follow simple skincare and am not knowledgeable about skin services, but by the end, I felt educated on my needs. Amanda was welcoming and took her time with every step. She walked me through the process as the session went on, which helped me feel more at ease. After my session was complete, she provided insight on my current skin needs, along with a sample of the product she thinks will help me most as I expand my skincare routine. In addition to the wonderful team, the decor is relaxing and elegant. I could not ask for a better first experience and I look forward to coming back soon!
