I’ve been going to Alchemy for years but never thought to review…it is the best salon in Fresno, I’m always happy when I have with my hair done there. I cannot say enough good about Sylvia, she owns the salon and takes a lot of pride in her clients and hair dressers.

What a waste...called to speak to stylist never got a return call. Called again and was told couldn't even stop by to ask my question cause she was busy come back another day. Was not asking for service was only asking if I can show a picture of what I want to schedule on appointment.

Sylvia f***ing sucks. I had an appointment for 2:30 and I didn't get called back till 3:15. They made me late for my formal pictures and it was 20$ MORE expensive than they had told me it was going to be. Never going back and I encourage you not to either. (If I could give zero stars I WOULD)

BEWARE! Extremely disappointed in Sylvia the owner. After spending a great deal of money with her she turned my daughters hair Orange and would not return any of my calls or email when I called to let her know that my daughter's beautiful brown hair went from Brown to an Orange color. I would of been more than happy to allow her to fix it, had she given me the respect of a return call, it has been several weeks, and still NO return call. This is NOT how you treat customers. I paid $200.00 to have my daughter's hair dyed Orange. She obviously does not care! Very sad, as she is the owner!

I have been a customer for almost 2 years. Sylvia is my star and can't imagine my life without her! Joking aside, I would recommend this salon wholeheartedly for quality of service and atmosphere, although the waiting time upon arrival can be a tad longer then desired at times.

I never even made it into the salon. I was on my way since my appointment was in 20 MINUTES, when I get a call from them and they tell me that they would have to push back my appointment 3 hours since the stylist got caught up doing a last minute wedding. I understand things happen, but to wait 20 MINUTES before my appointment to call and tell me(I was already on my way) is very unprofessional.

Best salon around. Love, Love, Love Sylvia. I'm very particular about who cuts and colors my hair. First time Sylvia cut my hair, she knew exactly what I wanted and my haircut turned out fantastic and she hasn't stopped delivering quality haircuts and color since. The salon is always clean and the service excellent.
