I came here a couple weeks ago for a silk press. Initially was happy and left a tip. My coils have not returned after washing my hair, which let's me know she either added chemicals during the process of washing and deep conditioning my hair or this is severe heat damage. I am leaning towards chemicals since before I washed my hair it was and still is breaking off at the strand versus shedding from the root

I walked in to get my eyebrows done originally and decided I should see about getting my hair done. I walked up to one of the workers and asked if they could do my hair because it’s very thick. (My hair is very dense and 4b and not everyone can handle it so I wanted to be sure beforehand). I asked are you sure and told her she should feel my hair to be sure. She lightly felt it and said yes. I asked how much it would be, she said $85. That was fine with me. The whole time I was getting my hair done it was so painful. The amount of heat put on my hair was ridiculous. She blow dried my hair, then flat ironed it, then blow dried it again then flat ironed it again. I’m scared to wash my hair now because I don’t want to see any heat damage. No heat protection was used either. After she finished they charged me $103 and told me it was because of “the hair”. I was very clear about my hair type and even let them feel it before asking the price which is when she told me $85. If you are black with very thick hair and tight curls I wouldn’t recommend. If you have a looser texture this place may be good for you. I was pretty uncomfortable the entire service because of how they handled my hair not to mention the pain while carelessly “detangling” it. I gave two stars because they were polite and I liked my hair afterwards but I fear the health of my hair was compromised and not communicating with me about up charges is unacceptable.

I have shoulder length hair and they charged me 90 dollars for a wash and blow out. I know its because im black and i have 4b hair texture. I will never step foot in this place again.i never expected to be charged so much.

Alejandra and her employees were so welcoming, it was my first time and i didn’t have to make an appointment to come in. My hair turned out amazing & i will definitely be back.

Very bad experience I toke my wife and she is wearing hijab they are being very rude they keep her for 30 min and after that they told her go come come next day

I go to this salon often and the ladies are always very friendly . They do such a great job. I’m in love with my hair every time I leave here . Definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work and long lasting hair styles !

I love this salon! This is the best Dominican salon in Hampton Roads. I love coming here. It's hard to find a salon you trust with friendly people that actually know how to do your hair and do it right. I'm actually here now writing a review lol. This is a special place and we should cherish places like this. Love all the ladies here. I always love my hair. Mucho Gracias!

So I just moved to the area and needed a new salon. Let me tell you they're hands down the best! Quiet as it's kept, they're better than my spot back home!!! Highly recommend you try them out yourself, you will not be disappointed!!!
