I haven’t had my hair done in maybe 10 years and was beyond nervous to go. I am beyond happy with the result that Alex Garrow’s hair studio gave me! Brittany was an absolute blessing in transforming and healing my hair with wonderful blonde highlights and a Keratin treatment that I recommend anyone doing! My hair is happier, healthier, smoother, and prettier than ever! For someone with pale skin and insanely thick and frizzy hair, Brittany did an amazing job and I can’t wait to continue to go here! :)

I’ve been going here for 12 years. Brit is a true expert when it comes to chemical products and hair. I have very course difficult hair and she has made me not dread washing my hair. Weather it’s chemically relax it or just a keratin treatment, it looks blown out (I refuse to spend over an hour blow drying my hair. I air dry only). Color is her real magic by somehow disguising my gray for 7-8 weeks with Highlights, lowlights, and sometimes a gloss or shimmer product. Always coming back from an hair show with a new technique and products. And of course she cuts!

Jaelynn Altman has been doing mine and my family's hair for a couple years now and she is just the best! She listens, is great with color, extensions and is great with kids. The studio is beautiful and clean.

I would highly recommend this Studio. My hair was aweful! I didn't think Britt could do anything with it. She is a miracle worker. I was so happy with my new hair that I almost cried. AMAZING!

My girlfriend’s hair was damaged by her when she put in extensions. We thought the extensions looked great for the first 3 days and then they started falling out. She blamed it on my girlfriend which wouldn’t make sense why someone that just spent $800 would pull their own hair out. We repeatedly made attempts to contact her and ask her to look at the extensions and she stopped responding to us and told her to find a new hairdresser. Since that time we sought out multiple licensed professionals to examine her work, all of whom stated the glue she used didn’t get hot enough to set which is why the extensions came out. The pattern they are in is also not the correct way they should be placed. We have photos from right after they were done to current day and the extensions look the same.
