Haircuts usually don’t put a smile on my face, however I recently had the pleasure of visiting Alexandar Salon with my sister, and we both had an incredible experience! Our hairstylist, Nader, did an exceptional job on both our hairstyles. Nader's professionalism, expertise, and friendly and kind demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. He listened to our preferences and made thoughtful suggestions that resulted in stunning results. We left the salon feeling more confident and happy with our new looks. I highly recommend Nader and Alexandar Salon to anyone looking for top-notch hair services.

Started off on a shaky note as the hairdresser Eddie was late to the salon for my appointment (not a super big deal). During the shampoo and wash, he was a bit messy and accidentally sprayed water down the front and inside of my shirt and either did not notice or just didn’t address it. As for the haircut, I asked for subtle fringe curtain bangs and my hair cut to jaw length. I showed several inspo photos but the result was disappointing as the “bangs” were choppy, uneven, and had no subtlety. The hair cut itself, aside from the bangs, was also uneven with some longer strands sticking out. Not sure if the hairdresser was just not used to working with my type of hair? They also provided me with service I did not request without communicating that they would be doing so and charged me for that service. Fortunately, they were understanding when I called to ask about the charge and refunded me for it. Giving two stars instead of one because the salon was clean, the people were nice enough, and they were understanding about the mistake. Other people seem to have had better luck here but I would not return.

This was my first time coming to this salon, after I see the reviews online. They were really nice and kind. Eddie did my haircut, it is perfect, the style is the same as I wanted! Staff is so friendly. I walked-in and was able to find an appointment right away as well. Thanks to Eddie, Birkan and its my fault I could not catch her name, but the lady at the cashier! Definitely coming back, it is hard to find places like this, great service!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Went to Alexander Salon for the first time and worked with Eddie. I asked to go more blonde with full highlights and he helped me pick the perfect color and highlight style I was looking for. I also did a cut and asked for more shape/volume and Eddie did a fantastic job with this!

I’m blown away by Sam’s haircut every single time I go to Alexander salon! I’ve been going here for the past 4 years and each time he listens to exactly what I want and brings it to life in the best way possible. The layers are always perfect, and afterwards my hair grows so fast! Everyone in the salon is SO friendly and really gives you princess treatment. I’ve sent all my friends here too and every one of them keeps going back to them, even for a simple blowout (which is always gorgeous). Living out of Mass now, I’m going to make sure to find a way to always cut my hair here! Definitely the best salon in Boston!!

I had an amazing experience with Sam as my hairstylist! He gave me the perfect haircut and a gorgeous blowout. Sam is super friendly and really takes his time to make sure you’re happy with the results. Also, his cute dog is the sweetest little companion in the salon, which just made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience with Nader. He was kind, struck the right balance of chatting to quiet and was constantly checking in to make sure that I was happy with the cut. I then got the most stunning blow out, all at an extremely reasonable price. Absolutely recommend

I got my first balayage done by Nader at Alexander Salon yesterday and cannot recommend the salon enough. The atmosphere has such a great vibe, and every stylist is so friendly and attentive. My long haircut + blowdry with Mariam exceeded my expectations. She was able to wash, cut and blow dry my hair in 45 minutes & I love the results. I got long layers, and face framing layers. Will definitely come back!

This was my first visit to Alexander Salon after discovering them on TikTok. My appointment was with the owner Sam and I couldn’t be more impressed. I came in with pictures and we discussed what I was looking for. Sam took the time and listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. He did a phenomenal job and the end result was a flawless haircut that exceeded my expectations. Sam is truly talented and even before the blow dry I could tell it was perfect! My hair looked and felt amazing. I highly recommend this salon and will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Sam, for such an outstanding experience!

I have been to the Alexander salon a few times but today was my first time booking with Charbel. The last time I came, he gave me a blow out and did such a beautiful job and gave me all the volume a girl could ask for. So naturally I had to book my next cut and blow dry with him. This time was no different, we talked about what I wanted, which was simple, a blunt cut but to fix up my bangs as well. Charbel asked me every step of the way what I thought so far and if I wanted anything different. Normally I would never tell a stylist if I didn’t like my hair but with Charbel I felt comfortable enough to tell him I wanted my bangs cut a little differently. He turned the chair back around and gave me the most beautiful curtain bangs, better than the inspo photo I showed him. Much more flattering for my face. After he took time to tell me which heat protectant to use to protect my hair moving forward. Overall I loved my service and Charbel as a stylist. Can’t wait to come back for my next cut!

My first time at the salon and the staff are friendly, humorous and professional; cheerful, positive vibes! The prices are unbeatable as well. I got a full balayage done by Mariam and she did a phenomenal job! My hair has never looked this healthy or beautiful. She's professional, fun, friendly, attentive and cares for the health of your hair as well as making sure it comes out exactly the way you want. I can't wait for my next appointment with her! Bonus points: Daisy the pup!

The overall outcome was okay not super good and not that bad but I didn't like it and felt unprofessional when the person that I booked transferred me to another stylist without telling me before my appointment. My new person was very rough with my hair. It is probably his style but not happy as a customer to be in pain. I like the color but don't like my haircut that much it is too thin in the end and back. And be aware of prices that do not match with quotation.

I asked if it was possible to do highlights on my hair without bleach and my stylist told me yes, so did another employee working that day, so I scheduled a highlight and blowout(then was changed to a balayage) for another day. As soon as I came in and sat in the chair I asked again, and they told me it’s not possible to do what I want without bleach(totally think it was) but after spending money on transportation and just overall excited to do something new I simply gave in. My hair did not come out as the inspo pic long story short, I wanted a warm tone brownish highlights and they gave me a blonde balayage. They were super rough with my hair after bleaching it just brushing very hard and noticed I was in pain and replied “beauty is pain”. After all of that I didn’t even get a blowout and the end, they just blew it dry and curled it with an iron, which dropped within a few hours. Still payed for a blowout though… first pic is inspo second is how my hair came out

This salon is fine. Fast, impersonal, but competent. My stylist was running over 25 minutes late so I was put with someone else (my choice). They cut my hair as fast as humanly possible but it was fine. I likely won’t be back.
