A friend of mine gave me a gift from here. After I had got my facial I went to pay, with the gift card I had. They would not expect my gift card with out the receipt. I explained, that the gift card was a gift and I did not have the receipt for the gift card. The owner Alexandra was very, very rude. She would not expect the gift card then proceed to lock the door as if I was going to leave. I just paid for it and left. I would not be returning after this experience. The facial wasn’t even worth it to be honest. I feel like many steps were missed in the facial.

Tengo más de un año visitando este lugar y me encanta, desde que entras a las instalaciones te sientes bienvenida y sobretodo mimada, le agradezco mucho a Olga quien me ha ayudado y aconsejado acerca de los cuidados de mi piel, el building es limpio, amplio y sobre todo te ofrecen todo lo necesario para relajarte. Súper recomendado!!

Cuando llame por teléfono me dijeron el precio por quitarme una berruga en el ojo 50 dolares , ok estuvo bien agenda cita, y el.dia que Fui la señora Alexandra me hizo el procedimiento de la berruga en el ojo y tres pequeñas en el cuello y el cobro fu de 250. Me parece muy mal esto porque por teléfono dicen una cosa y presencial hacen otra....

The Owner is really rude to their employees, really unprofessional when I was there and how the owner acts towards to her own employees. I found it really disgusting and hopefully she changes . I like a peaceful and great environment and being there and witnessing all that wasn’t the best experience
