This review is long overdue as I had my first appointment with Alexis months ago and it was easily the best & most comfortable facial experience I’ve ever had. I truly didn’t think her service could get any better but today she managed to exceed those expectations without even having to touch my face. Yes, you read that right - today was supposed to be my second appointment with Alexis but we unfortunately had to cancel because my skin was having a bad reaction to some new products I started using. Alexis was not only understanding when I texted her about what was going on, but she even allowed me to come in person anyway so she could look at & diagnose my skin in person. She also had me bring the products I was using and talked me through what I need to differently to get my skin back to normal. I went from freaking out about a random (and poorly timed) skin reaction to walking out with a plan & better understanding of my skin. Alexis is truly one of a kind and offers a service of no comparison when it comes to actually caring about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough!

This was the best facial I have ever gotten!!! First off, Alexis made me feel so welcomed and so comfortable and after looking at my skin advised me what she thought I needed. Next, the facial itself, was amazing from beginning to end. The mood, her hands, the products. Everything was divine. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Alexis is amazing !!!

I used to have constant breakouts and it seemed that no product would help me, even spending hundreds at another place left a lot to be desired. But when I found Alexis’ Skin Boutique, the difference was seen instantly. She helped find products that worked for me and they were much cheaper than anything I had tried before. Alexis performs skilled and personalized facials allowing the treatment to be as efficient and effective as possible. After a year of going to her regularly, I barely have breakouts and my skin has never felt better. Other places I’ve tried makes the process so painful I dreaded every appointment, but “pain is beauty”. Not with Alexis, she is so skilled and gentle that she’ll get the job done with me asleep. Amazing, words cannot express how pleased I am after my facial with Alexis. I had not had a facial in many years and she did an amazing job!! I am no longer living in Miami and although it is a 4 hr drive to get to her, I will for sure be seeing her every 10 weeks! My face looks and feels amazing. Very very happy with her. Skin and PMU Boutique have been a lifesaver for me. My skin has never looked better. Alexis is amazing. I started doing facials and fell in love. Alexis does her facials with a massage. You are completely relaxed. She explains everything thoroughly that she is going to do. I then started doing micro needling which I was afraid to do. Again, Alexis walked me through every step. My skin looks amazing. Friends are complimenting me all the time. The best thing of all Is that I don’t need to do Botox as much. My skin looks so firm. Finally, aside from what Alexis does, she also takes the time to recommend the best products for your skin. Thank God I found her!!! She’s caring, knowledgeable, honest and most of all AFFORDABLE! I’ve been going to her for about 3 years and what I’ve achieved with her in progress with my skin, I hadn’t been able to in 10 years going to other places. Alexis is great at what she does and very knowledgeable. I've been going to her for over 3 years and my face has done a complete 180. She makes sure to take my skin changes seriously, and has help suggesting products for my daily routine that helps keep my face hydrated. I'm glad I came to see her, if not I would still have adult acne and a bad facial care routine. It's also a plus that she does micros , which helps with the fine lines and gives me a nice glow
