Very welcoming, explains process well and ensures safe hygiene. A little hard to find location and felt a little rushed due to timing. But otherwise had a great experience as a first timer. Not happy about my body and the way I look at times but I felt comfortable and not judged by the therapist. Will definitely go back and try other services.

Absolutely amazing. Was very nervous and staff handled me with care and made sure i was comfortable. Even during my embarrassing moments as a male they still made me comfortable. The massage and shaving was epic and had my first wax. I’m definitely coming back. :)

First timer here. If I could only use one word to describe my experience, it would be "quality." I had a great experience. Everything was clean, the environment was relaxing and even the music was just what I wanted. I live on the west coast but the next time I'm in Miami or New York, I'm going to visit again.

I had an outstanding experience. The location was incredibly convenient. I live in Fort Lauderdale and took the 30 minute train ride. The office is a short 5 minute walk from the train station. I have tried many places in Fort Lauderdale and none compare. It was my first time there for waxing and massage, opting for a 90 minute massage , I found the pricing to be quite reasonable, especially considering my frequent need for massages due to ongoing neck issues.Upon arrival, Alex took the time to inquire about my concerns and areas of discomfort, displaying a high level of professionalism throughout. The room itself was impeccably clean and inviting. Braine did my massage and maintained a perfect balance of deep and medium pressure, which had me on the brink of dozing off at one point due to its unparalleled relaxation. Leo did my waxing and was very professional and easy going.Days later, I still feel the lingering effects of the rejuvenating experience, having walked in stressed and left feeling completely relaxed. There was a delay that was unexpected and Alex was very kind to offer a service that I did not sign up for. I told him that was not necessary but he wouldn't take no for an answer. What great customer service. I extend my sincerest thanks and eagerly anticipate my next visit. Given their apparent popularity, I highly recommend booking in advance to secure a spot.
