I had bad experience with my haircut last weekend, I booked my appointment with Beti and they texted me on the day of appointment saying Beti is not coming in today. I asked if Jae is available for the same time of my appointment, they said Yes and scheduled appointment with Jae. After 30 minutes they texted saying Jae is busy and asked me to schedule appointment for different days. I asked them if Jae is available for different time on the same day and scheduled my appointment at 2:15 pm. When I went in for my 2:15 pm appointment, they made me wait for 25 minutes and later a lady walked to me saying Jae is busy till 4 pm. And that lady asked me to wait till 4 pm or come back a different day for a haircut. I was so frustrated and felt unimportant to them. I was patient all the time because of the event I had planned next day! Somehow they agreed that Jae does my haircut and other lady does the shampoo and blow dry my hair. Once haircut is done, I paid them and while I was waiting for my ride. I heard them talking on my back saying “is that pregnant lady left”! So unprofessional and rude, don’t know how they have 5 star ratings on google! I would definitely not recommend them!

Taylor made a scary experience into a fun one. I have never done something so drastic at a salon before and Taylor made sure to let me know every step of the way what was happening and why it was happening. I was there for about 5 and a half hours and it was very comfortable. I will be going back to maintain my hair. Thank you so much for getting me ready for my wedding.

The only person I would trust to dye my whole head purple is Jae. She is super knowledgeable and does amazing work. I have been coming to Jae for a few years now and she is the only stylist i recommend to anyone. If you want a simple cut/blow out or a dramatic change Jae will take care of you.

I needed to have my hair cut and styled for family photos. I had read a plethora of great reviews about this salon and decided to take a chance. For me, the real test of whether a haircut is good or not is what happens days later. Does it look good with minimal styling? Beti was my stylist and she knocked it out of the park! I went in with fine flat hair that needed some volume and shape. She took her time and made sure it was just right. My hair was fabulous for the photos and every time I look in the mirror, I’m in love with the cut.

Jae was amazing with my 11yo daughter. She had curls as a baby but had appeared that the curl was mostly gone until Jae fixed that. The way she cut her hair allowed it to curl up and shine! Jae was also amazing at giving my daughter confidence, she reassured my daughter several times and told her how beautiful she was and her hair! Awesome experience

I NEVER leave reviews, but this sweet girl deserves all the publicity she can get. Let me start with saying her salon is run so well. You can tell that the stylists are actually friends with each other, it’s so refreshing. The salon owner and operator, Jae, is always working so hard to help her clients and to help out her employees, it doesn’t go unnoticed. I absolutely love the fact that everyone in here actually knows how to cut and style curly hair!!! Jae makes it obvious that curls don’t intimidate her, and her stylists do the same. As someone with very curly and thick hair, I’ve had my hair messed up more times than I can count. Jae and her girls helped me fall in love with my hair in a way I didn’t know possible. I’ll never go anywhere else. Go check her out!

I went to Alfa Jae salon for a hair cut. Beti was my stylist and she did an amazing job. The whole stuff was firendly and the environment is welcoming. I will definitely go back to Alfa Jae salon agai. I highly recommend getting haircuts from Beti!!!

Taylor did an AWESOME job on my hair. I went in wanting dimension and keeping my natural as the highlight. She explained to me what i was going to need and made sure i was ok with going as dark as we needed to. I will be going back to keep it up!!

Taylor did my hair and she did amazing!!! I was hesitant to do bangs but she gave me exactly what I asked for! She also touched up my roots and trimmed my hair. I highly recommend booking with her!!!!

The first few hours as a new client was confusing. Jae and her crew were really patient and showed me how their studio runs. They asked me a lot of good questions about my hair and what style I prefer. It was overall a wonderful experience. Oh, they accept tips too which took me by surprise. On my next visit, I'll definitely bring enough for that too because they deserve a good tip.

Went to Taylor and she was amazing! She gave me exactly what I wanted and I loved it ! She really knew what she was doing and was great at explaining everything and we came together to decide on the color. 10/10 recommend !

When I walked in the salon, my hair was in desperate need of some love. It needed to be revived. Jazmine took it from dusty to lusty! My color popped beautifully after the wash and blowout she gave me. It had so much body and she truly made me feel like THAT girl! Took me from ashy to classy! Very great work. Would definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment for my daughter's birthday to get vivid color. Taylor was our stylist and she did an amazing, AMAZING job. My daughter was super nervous - and extremely chatty - because it was her first time getting her hair colored. Taylor kept up with her conversations and made her feel super comfortable. Her hair turned out amazing. The owner Jae was very kind as well. They fit me in for a gloss without an appointment while I waited. The entire shop was warm and welcoming. Thank you both for awesome service and for making my daughter's birthday super special. We will definitely be back. I own my own business and I will speak your praises to my customers and send them your way. Beautiful job ladies ❤️

Ashlee does an amazing job with my vivid color! When we moved to the area I had a tough time finding a good salon fit. I am so glad I found Alfa Jae Salon! The energy in the salon is great and Ashlee is highly skilled at her craft.

Ashlee was hands down the sweetest and most amazing stylist I’ve ever been to! This was my first time at Alfa Jae and will definitely not be my last. I’ve been looking for a solid hairdresser in the Triad for the last 5 years. I thought any salon could do what I had done previously, but that turned out to not be the case by a long shot. Thank god for Alfa Jae Salon.

Wonderful experience at Alpha Jae! I needed a curly hair expert for my sister - and my bestie recommended them. I booked an appointment online for my and the online booking experience couldn’t have been easier. We felt very welcome the moment we stepped into the salon. They offered us drinks & snacks…❤️ Taylor was so bright and positive and was excited to cut my sister’s hair. She nailed it! Sister was thrilled- I was thrilled. And I was also thrilled when Jae was available to cut MY hair as a walk-in. She also nailed it! One of the absolute best haircuts and overall experiences my sister and I have ever had at a salon. We will be back. 🥰

Great team who collaborate and work very well together. Very friendly, like to have fun, overall great atmosphere. It's very hard to find a salon that can cut and color long, thick hair and all the ladies have succeeded my expectations. I came from a salon that I was with for over 10 yrs. In upstate any, and this ins the first salon that will continue to keep me coming. I Highly recommend!!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. When I walked in, Jae was just clocking out, but she welcomed me in anyways and gave me such a good haircut. I’ve been to too many barbershops that give you a standard cut despite what you ask of them (and they still charge $40+…). This is the only place I’ll go to when I’m in Cary from now on.

Jae has been my hairstylist now for many years, and many phases! She is a skilled and talented artist who truly puts her customers first. Her ability to connect with each client while ensuring their needs and desires are met is incredible. She has a flair for fashion (non-natural) colors but also is incredibly skilled with my platinum blonde. She works well with my weird mix of textures as well. Long story short, I trust Jae endlessly and cannot recommend a better stylist.

Jae is an amazing stylist and always delivers exactly what I want, and does everything she can to make sure her clients are satisfied before they leave. She's cut our family's hair for 11 years and we drive from Fuquay to see her, and it's 100% worth it. Her staff are lovely and welcoming.

One of the best curly hair cut experiences I’ve had in NC. Jae is an absolute professional, knows what she’s doing and clarifies exactly what you need before she begins. Her salon has a great vibe to it .. so glad I found her salon!
