Giving 2 stars for the layout, it was cute and dog friendly. They had a nice couch my friend could sit on. Second star for nice staff at the front. Unfortunately my pedicure technician was extremely aggressive with my toes. To the point I didn’t want her to do anything but paint my nails so I could get out of there. I kept telling her “ow” and “that hurts” even pulling me feet away. She would giggle and say “sensitive” but continue to butcher my toes??? It also took an hour for her to do my pedicure even though I opted out of both cuticle care and dead skin removal from the pads of my feet… If I stayed for the full pedi I think it would’ve been over an hour and a half. Did not paint well either, you could just tell she was inexperienced. I didn’t even bother giving feedback in person cause I just knew I wasn’t going back. Such a shame too, I was really excited after reading the reviews.

Very dirty behind everyone. Dust everywhere. Gel manicure ok but regular manicure is awful, not even. How can the manicurist be doing nails with her own nail so long. Not professional at all. I don't know how Ocean drive named them one of thr best salons in 2021. Mayne then but not now. Never coming back.

After finally finding an affordable and professional nail salon ( and I have visited many) I can truly say I ave found the one....Ive been going here for over a year and every experience has been excellent- the staff is professional and friendly.Honorable mention goes to Xiomara who is the best I mean best nail tech......

Don’t offer nail art services if you’re not good at it and you’re going to make a big deal about it. Which is what happened here. The nail tech came off rude and bothered at times, but she tried to squeeze in some conversation to brush it off. She tried to cut corners to achieve a fairly simple design I asked for, and then changed my color palette completely. My design also didn’t come out as I wanted it, but they seemed so flustered that I just wanted to get the appointment over with. She seemed to be making my nails to her taste, not mine. The girl sitting next to me was also getting nail art done and seemed to be having issues. Maybe they’re good for simple designs, but I wouldn’t get actual hand drawn nail art done here.

I am writing this review after my first visit at this nail salon and I am very happy I found this gem in Midtown. Liliana was precise, professional and very sweet. She did an incredible job on my mani/pedi. I will definitely be back!

It is great place to sit down and relax. Enjoy a relaxing experience it is very clean and quiet. The nail technicians are very professional it is an all around great place to sit down and have a relaxing experience with a glass of wine.

I’ve been exclusively going to Alibi nails 2x a month for 3 months and I have to say, I’ve never been disappointed. Every single tech here does a great job, my gel mani pedis last me over two weeks, I always show up with my nails in tact, I’m yet to find a place with better pricing and my nails have been growing like never before! Xiomara is a nail design queen! & everyone there gets along! Nothing but laughs and jokes and smiles! This is officially my preferred nail salon! Thank you ladies for all that you do! Everyone should give this place a try!

Sandra is absolutely amazing! I had a seriously painful ingrown nail. She worked with so much love and tenderness to relieve the pain and leave my feet feeling anew. 10/10. I will be back and highly recommend for someone looking for a nourishing pedicure. Gracias, Sandra!

Terrible took over 2 hours, the nail tech didn’t do anything I asked even down to the shape. Ripped out my cuticles, literally abused me. Didn’t follow any nail procedures. No bags in the pedicure chairs, no sink to wash hands. Worst experience in Miami so far. Walked out without my nails finished. 0/10 It wouldn’t let me reply so in response to the owner, I would never go back not even if you paid me.

The staff doesn't really know the prices, front desk girl and nail girls they don't know what services they provide and there prices, the don't have anything where clients can see what the prices are, when asked they take a lot of time to answer looking at the computer still don't know well even though i reserve a service in advanced, when i wanted to pay they also couldn't give me specific prices for each thing, they took a lot of time to tell me each price for each service, they weren't sure at all, they wanted to charge extra for something we didn't even do, very unprofessional, if you work there you need to know what services and for what prices you provide these. Also they couldn't give me a receipt, they told me they dont give receipt the system doesn't allow that, they made me take a picture from the computer screen and told me i was the first client ever in asking for a receipt, never in my life before i had to ask for a receipt at any nail salon or at any other place, they made me think i was the crazy one for asking that. haha crazy world never coming back again, beautiful gorgeous decor you guys needs to match this up hiring great and smart staff.

You get 1 chance to make a first impression. This place wasn't great. My nails have been chipping ever since i got them painted. Day 1 now its 7 days and they're a wreck. I cant deal. I dont want to go back after I have my nails painted. If I need to Im done with the salon. And sorry to say Alibi Im done.
