I have gone to this stylist a total of four times. I have enjoyed the way she cared for my hair prior to putting it in a protective style, my hair styles last for a good amount of time and they are beautiful. But, I have a problem with a few things. 1. Customer Service could use some fine tuning. A lot of times I want to ask “Who are you talking to?” 2. You should probably make an effort to REMEMBER your clients who come see you multiple times, especially who you tell your personal business to. 3. Be consistent. There’s a difference between doing what the customer wants verses what the customer needs & this should be consistent in your work & the way business is conducted. My last hair style was definitely rushed & it showed in the work. It was very poorly done.

I booked an appointment with her which wasn’t my first time for my daughter. The first time I booked I wasn’t sent a confirmation for me to confirm my appointment, so I reached out to her and she confirmed. The second time the same-thing happened and she replied with my appointment was canceled but didn’t want to send my deposit back which I had to take up with my bank.

DO NOT USE This STYLIST!!! Terrible experience. Tried to cut my hair WITHOUT my permission and because I questioned that would not provide service. I would not use her to many other people who will provide the service you are paying for!!!!!

Very professional, beautiful atmosphere, wonderful personality! I loved my entire experience with Alicia. She is knowledgeable and even sent me home with products to maintain my style. I'll definitely return.
