I saw Alicia for the first time for highlights and I am SO happy that I found her. I was nervous to go to someone else for the first time in 8 years to do my blonde and she was amazing! I can't remember the last time I was this happy with my hair. She is truly a blonde specialist. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about keeping your hair healthy while getting your desired result and let's you know what to expect moving forward. Alicia was promt and super efficient along with having a great personality which helps make you feel comfortable spending time in the salon. I will be back and recommend anyone to TRUST her with your hair!

I’ve never had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done! Alicia really took the time to get familiar with my hair and understand my hair goals. She then suggested what we should do to meet those goals. It was a completely tailored experience! I felt like she understood my vision and what we needed to do to accomplish it. The environment Alicia created was warm and comfortable. From the conversation to the snacks she provided, I felt so welcome!

When I first moved to the Columbia area I struggled to find someone to do my hair, I bounced around to a few different places. That being said, Alicia's work is amazing and I will be a regular customer for a long time. Her salon environment itself super aesthetic and relaxing, but she is the best! She takes her time to understand your goals, sets realistic expectations, gives great recommendations for at home care, and creates such a safe, welcoming environment.

Alicia is INCREDIBLE!! I was on the hunt for a new stylist and could not be happier I found her. Her online consultation is 100% worth completing as it is in depth and really helps communicate your hair's history as well as future goals. She is an amazing blonding specialist and I will definitely be returning to her in the future. She is extremely knowledgable about her craft and is warm and inviting. She made me feel so comfortable! Alicia is a professional and was so sweet during my entire visit. She is so easy to talk to and her salon is a very welcoming environment. She is so knowledgeable about hair coloring (especially blonding) and helped me figure out the best process for me to meet my goal. I had wanted to do keratin on my hair for the longest time but was hesitant to because of the harsh chemicals used in the process especially formaldehyde. I came across the Cezanne Keratin treatment Alicia does that is formaldehyde-free! I was also attracted by her commitment to focus equally on the hair health and not just the look. So I booked an appointment right away. Alicia lived up to all of her promises on her website. She only uses product brands that she has used on herself. She focused on the long term health of my hair. She answered all of my incessant questions on hair care and maintenance. My hair was in bad shape going in but I felt totally unjudged and welcome. It was a very comfortable experience overall. The Cezanne treatment includes blow dry and flat iron steps in order to seal in the keratin. I have to say it was the best blow dry of my life till date. I cannot stop feeling and touching my hair. My hair has never felt like this ever. She is also very relatable and pleasant to talk to. She is very meticulous and tries to give you the best value for your service. She has a cute and clean one-on-one studio setup that I love. Try her, you will not be disappointed.

I moved to Columbia 2 years ago and was looking for a hairdresser. I was lucky enough to find Alicia Snow, who has been so great! If you live anywhere in Columbia & are looking for a new stylist, I HIGHLY recommend that you contact her! She is located in Sola Salons, on Bower Parkway. It is a short drive from anywhere in Columbia and I promise if you try her once, you (like me) will be a customer for life!

I only have good things to say about Alicia and her work! I came in needing a lot of work done- the bottom half of my hair was this super brassy copper color, while the top half was my grown in, natural color. I wanted a low-maintenance balayage, and Alicia delivered!! She used high quality products that she trusted to protect the integrity of my hair. She did exactly what I wanted and I left my appointment feeling like myself again. Also, she is the sweetest human and we had great conversation the entire appointment! 10/10 would recommend Alicia Snow for all of your blonding, balayage, and hair brightening needs!

This was my first time coming to see Alicia and I couldn’t be happier, I found out about Alicia from one of her clients who I approached at a store. She is a professional. As I get older I have more and more grays and my hair turn brassy. I scheduled an appointment. After only one visit of the color correction my hair looks great, hair color is matched, no more grays and no more brass. I am impressed and happy. I can’t wait to see what she does next.

This was my first time seeing Alicia and OH. MY. GOSH. I have never left a salon so in love with my hair! After several bad experiences with other salons I was left with results that weren’t what I wanted, not this time! Alicia really takes the time to learn your hair history and understand why certain things might be happening and works with you to find ways to fix that. Her online consultation format was a dream! I was able to show her my inspiration and explain what I wanted, which allowed us to jump straight in come appointment time. She has the best personality and I had a great time in her chair the whole time I was there. I can’t wait for my next appointment and will definitely be recommending her to friends and family!!
