The ladies were very welcoming! The stylists did exactly what I had asked for! I was out of there in no time! A wash and blow dry was all I needed and they took their time, didn’t rush, nor pull on my hair. Thank you so much ladies!!!

If I could give yall 0 I would ! My friends connected me to Alicia the first day everything went perfect amazing customer service they was fast asf I’m thinking ok like imma start coming here .. so I start coming often like every two weeks like or when ever I take my hair out it was a chubby lady doing the washing I never really noticed a change when she’d wash my hair .. they got this younger girl and instantly I noticed a HUGE shift in my hair ! The lady that flat ironed my hair that sit in the middle she even said OH YEA YOUR HAIR GOT SHORTER !! My thing is if yall obviously see that i come to yall multiple times out of a month & obviously see that im hurting behind my hair Atlease say you know what here’s half off for today .. or half off for next style ! I can’t even be mad at the people that does the actual silk press the younger girl who now wash hair .. can go to the deepest pits of hell RS ! I got a wash with her 2 times and instantly started noticing how down hill my hair was going ! The actual hair dressers not really a problem but yall need to stop putting all that perm in people hair when they don’t need it ! Yall lost a real client moving so sloppy ! If you trying to take pride in your hair & want to see real growth and health this wouldn’t be the place for YOU!

Amazing job! Love the way my hair looks with the blowout!! Super shiny and soft as well. 100% recommend everyone to come here. They are very experienced with handling different hair types. Whether yours is wavy/curly like mine or whether it’s coily and curly. The team of ladies do a excellent job!

Why do I have to remind stylists to use HEAT protection on my natural 4C hair. ? Imagine going in with 17 inches and 1 year later your hair is brittle, damaged and shedding.

I read the great reviews and visited Alicia's Dominican Divas Salon and I decided to get a permanent hair color. The outcome was not what I expected. Unfortunately when I comb my hair the color is staining my hands and pillow case and I never experienced such issue before. Also scratching off dandruff from a customer's hair and using the same comb on everyone's hair is unsanitary. I am very disappointed and I will never go back.

Today my hair was blown out and styled by Lina, who was so amazing throughout the entire process. Very thorough and careful. No burns, no tugging, only a GREAT style. Lina also looked out for me when I was thinking of cutting my hair (because I thought it was damaged.) She showed me that my hair is actually healthy, and a cut is not needed. It is incredibly thoughtful of her as a stylist to suggest I keep my length! I was looking for a Dominican hair salon in Tampa to finally get a blow out because I wanted a new style, and I’m so happy I chose this place. I will absolutely be coming back for touch ups and other services. Thank you so much 😊🩷 - Happy and satisfied customer

Raquel gave me heat damage. She didn’t apply heat protectant to my hair while blow drying, even when I asked for it. She did a lot of passes on my hair with the flat iron, and even kept the flat iron in the same spot several times. Afterwards, she blow dried my hair AGAIN after straightening it. My hair smelled like burnt hair. After I washed my hair three times in an attempt to revert back to my natural curly hair, my hair was completely straight and ruined. Also, I asked her for a trim, and she just cut across and left it as is. Their prices always change, it’s never a firm price upfront. Their salon is always smoky from the extremely hot flat irons and blow dryers frying hair, which causes the shop to smell terrible. If they think you don’t know Spanish, they will literally talk about you! The owner is not very friendly neither. I would not recommend this place to anyone honestly.

Qiana and Raquel are amazing! Qiana scratched all the dandruff out my scalp and was gentle. Qiana washed my hair 3 times and went in my scalp 3 times to make sure it was squeaky clean. My before and after is amazing my hair is nice and silky! Raquel gives an amazing silk press and even showed me how to wrap my hair. Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. You can tell they enjoy doing their jobs. I recommend everyone to give them a try! I forgot to mention they didn’t take long either

Excellent service! I walked in and was immediately tended to. Great scalp massage, during hair wash. I requested a blowout which turned out beautiful. Wendy did my hair and we spoke during the majority of the interaction, great conversation. Lina was the hostess greeting with a warm smile, even offered pastries to all the patrons. Definitely will go back. Highly recommend.

Haven't gone there yet it was recommend by a friend which I loved the way she did her hair will make a appointment for me and my best friend as soon as I can.finally got approved with Alicia she did a great job 1st time then she went on vacation i was assigned Raquel which in the time she done me and my sister hair all our hair was brunt out falling out like rain she ask what did I do when she was the only one doing our hair. I will never go there again and iam considering going to file legal actions.1-8-24in one year we both is bald headed by raquel

I love the salon I've been coming here for the past 3 years I usually get my hair done by Alicia but she was on vacation so I ended up getting a young lady named Wendy and she was awesome. Both me and my daughter never have any issues I do wish they did more of those bright colors and stuff that everybody's doing today but they stick to the basics. I won't go anywhere else but here.

I used to go to the same Salon for 8 years and my last experience with them made me so upset, and I didn’t know what to do.. I’m so picky about who touches my hair, so my daughter told me about Alicia Dominican salon and today was my first time going and the Experience was truly amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was so nice. Lena was amazing too. Thank you ! You have a new loyal customer 😊😊

When me and my sister went to this shop we wanted Alicia to do our hair she went on vacation for months so we had Raquel when started with someone new windy she was fired went back to jersey Alicia sent us back to Raquel now both our hair is ruined falling out by the hand full will never anymore of my friends to go there.
