I rented the studio for a 2 hour dance class. We had 20 people and the space was perfect for us! The staff was very helpful and the location could not have been better!

Great studio in the heart of south city! I started going to Align Massage and Yoga studio this year and really love it. I've been taking a Buti Yoga class on Sundays at 11am with Kelsey Kaleta who's a fantastic instructor. I love going here because the drop-in rate is super reasonable and the Buti class itself not only energizes your day but also your whole week! I've yet to get a massage at Align but hope to in the near future.

Strong yoga flows classes. It was core intensive and we entered poses in a ‘new to me way’ that was easy to catch onto.

This space is warm, inviting and tranquil. I’ve taken a few various classes and walked away with a deeper knowledge of my own practice. Haven’t had a chance to get a massage yet but I love the infrared sauna! Looking forward to exploring more classes!

I booked a massage with Emmy, and it was the best massage of my life! She was so, so present with me and my tension, patient with my muscles (I struggle to relax), and incredibly kind and funny. Will be coming back ASAP.

I love Align Yoga Studio! The classes are welcoming even if you are a beginner like me! I just completed the September challenge and I can tell a difference in how far I can stretch now and have a better idea on how to breath with the flow of movements. It’s hard for me to make the 7am classes every week, even-thought I prefer them, because I take my step daughter to school every other week. I will continue to try to go twice a week. My body felt a lot better after going consistently

Had an amazing prenatal massage with Danni! The studio is very welcoming, and so was Danni. This was my first massage ever and she made me very comfortable and ensured I knew what to expect. She was attentive and made sure everything felt good for me. I will definitely be back to Align for another massage!

I've been going to Align since late 2022. The space is friendly & welcoming and the staff is super nice and fun to talk to. I'm not super experienced with yoga, so I like to go to Danni's "Yoga for Beginners" class on Sunday mornings. Danni is also my usual massage therapist! I go once a month and lately we've been doing the Ashiatsu massage. It's wonderful. Danni is great at providing the right amount of pressure and also making sure I'm comfortable during each session. I expect to be going to Align for a long time.

Incredible. I love this studio and its zen ambience. Every time I book a massage with Danni B, I know I’m going to walk out feeling so relaxed. Danni is attentive, accommodating, and skilful. She provides a healing escape from even life’s greatest stressors. Danni’s integrative massage therapy was an integral part of my stress/tension management leading up to my brain surgery. As I recover, her massages continue to be a healing oasis. I know she offers a range of massage techniques to suit each client’s needs. She’s also a very kind, down to earth person. The studio offers several services and classes and is within walking distance of numerous parks/cafes/eateries. Highly recommend!!

A welcoming environment awaits your soul here❤️ I experienced the most therapeutic ashiatsu massage by Kim yesterday. She intuitively knew the areas of restriction that needed it the most. I highly recommend booking an appointment with this person. My only wish is to live closer so I could make this place a part of my healthcare routine.

Awesome Ashiatsu massage with Tonica. The studio space has a great vibe, very grounding. Will definitely be back. Plan to try the sauna and take a yoga class there as well.

Excellent Thai Yoga Massage. Great studio and location. Kim expertly stretched and massaged on a comfortable, heated floor mat. My neck and shoulder issue already show improvement after the first session. This is great body maintenance for nagging pain and general flexibility.

Danni gives THE BEST massages i’ve ever had. We made major progress on old sports injuries I was working through! I felt so comfortable and welcomed from when I first arrived at this studio. The yoga classes are always the perfect start to my day!

I usually don't like massages, but I decided to give it a shot to deal with a nagging shoulder injury. I booked an appointment with Amy and couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Amy has magic hands (and feet) and worked all the pain and immobility out of the shoulder, and gave me the bonus of a full body relaxing massage. I was so spent by the end, I had a hard time getting off the table. Wonderful experience, start to finish. So far so good on the shoulder since, and I was very glad I decided to do this. Highly recommend Amy for massage. Her technique, the music, the oil, the heated table...all were perfect. Book with Amy if you want complete relaxation and healing.

Align is a really beautiful space with a creative touch. Tonica is an amazing practitioner who i'd recommend to anyone. She makes sure her clients are comfortable in every way and never rushes the session. She also offers further advice for us to take care of ourselves and any specific intentions were tending to. Super grateful for my experience, the post wont do it justice.

I booked an appointment with Emmy for a massage because my calves have been feeling tight and painful. It was wonderful, and I’m feeling SO much better. I’m not used to massages, and I was really grateful for Emmy’s clear guidance and support. And I was just amazed at how she identified the places that were hurting and addressed the specific issue. If you’ve been thinking about getting a massage, I highly recommend align as a place to go to try it and see if it’s for you. It’s a calm, focused, caring space, and I’m so glad I decided to go!

Amy is an absolutely phenomenal masseuse. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked in the door, and her warm, inviting presence was grounding in and of itself. Add to that the fact that her hands work pure magic, and it's absolutely one of the best massages I've ever experienced. I will definitely be a return customer!

Really lovely place. They rescheduled my massage when I forgot to show up. The ambience is relaxing and the yoga teacher whose class I attended was knowledgeable, pleasant and kind.
