Paid $36 for a pedicure today, my elderly mother was left to sit non -circulating warm/soon tepid water for 15 minutes while the employer disappeared into a bathroom. The employe never introduced herself to us, never made eye contact with us, never explained what she was doing/ going to do, and never responded to a single conversational question asked (we gave up after five. She only spoke to ask what color polish was wanted and tell us how much was owed. She left nail polish on the skin around several nails and, while working, exposed her backside (crack and all to me. We will never go here again. Absolutely. Never.

I got my nails done with Gina and it was a great experience! She was very friendly and personable and made me feel like she really cared about giving me a great set of nails, and she delivered! Can't wait to book again!

This salon is very affordable. But something that really impressed me was the family feeling here. While I was there an elderly lady was there and one of the workers was looking into help for her as she was not feeling well. They showed great compassion and care for her. This really impacted my respect for this business!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can not say enough good things about the ladies that helped me out! I'm from out of town and had a nail emergency. I split a nail far below the quick underneath an absolutely awful acrylic application from my local shop. The nail was lifting after less than a week and had painfully split my natural nail beneath. I called begging for an appointment and once they heard what I was dealing with, they got me right in for a repair. They very carefully ground off the acrylic so we didn't have to soak a painful break. They then ground down all of the nails, smoothing them out and blending them so they look much more natural. I was given a full nail cover on the broken one (not just a tip). And then a beautiful paint job all around! 2 techs traded off working with me between their own scheduled clients just to get the job done. They were so sweet and accommodating. And the cost for all of this emergency attention? $20! I, of course, tipped well. I'm so thankful that I'm not going to have to deal with a very painful break while on vacation in the area. Thank you AliRose!!! My nails are just beautiful!!!

Ali Rose Salon and nail Academy is by far the best place I have had the pleasure of being a customer! In my 38 years, I have never come across a place that offers so much, takes such great care of their customers, does absolutely amazing work, and had such a fun and friendly staff and environment!! I am for sure a life long customer!! Highly suggested for EVERYTHING they have to offer.💜💜💜

I absolutely love Kelli and her staff!! They are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Anytime I’m with my friends and going through Mauston, I make it a point to stop and spoil myself at this salon!!! I am always impressed with how everything turns out when I leave! I called desperately last min. They were able to squeeze me in with two different ladies. This place is one of thee friendliest atmospheres I have ever walked into. HIGHLY recommend for all, men, women, even children. I will most definitely be back

The receptionist was on the phone for 15 minutes and didn't greet us. Then, our appointment times were wrong in their books compared to what they told us AND sent us for confirmation. We didn't want to wait an extra hour or two (one appointment at 11am would have to be at 1:00 pm instead), so we cancelled our appointments and left. Honestly, there were other "red flags" too... Receptionist talking to us while eating, couch was not clean - we didn't want to sit on it, ceiling tile coming down, nail station counter off its base, and boxes sitting around. My sister later searched online and thinks she read they are moving to a new location. I hope so! Maybe we were there on an "off" day? We hope so!
