Momo was so quick with my knotless braids! She was gentle and efficient. She was extremely polite and nice and I would go back to her. Lequetta was also amazing with my trim and eyebrow waxing. I enjoyed my experience with her, and she was all smiles. Both ladies were pleasant and I recommend both!

Took my daughter there to hair her first silk press, they did an amazing. The lady was nice to her as well.

Very disappointed in the service. To start, the environment is exceptionally unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable getting my hair done at the salon. Next, It took 5 hours to complete LARGE knotless braids to just above mid-back. So I felt that was bizarre. And despite their website explicitly, with well organization, setting the price for large knotless braids to $130 for waist length, I was given an initial charge of $250, which I absolutely refused to pay. It was negotiated down to $190. That still didn’t make any sense whatsoever given prices set on their website. A final negotiation of $135 and change was made, but unfortunately I still lost out on $5. Will not be returning to this establishment again. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would 🫶🏽🫶🏽Listen best beauty salon I’ve been to in yearssssss the young lady who washed me and my daughter hair I wish I could’ve brought her home with me 😂her hands were like magic 🤞🏽and honey that Claudia is such a sweetheart and move at such a fast pace she gave me and my daughter a silk press and clipped our ends had us literally in and out in no time which was surprising since we were last min walking and it was such a wonderful experience I will def be back

I decided to walk in to get my hair washed, treatment, blow dry and I wanted a trim. If you decided to walk in…. DON’T. They say they accept walk ins then treat you like a burden when you do. So I got my hair washed and before washing the lady was YANKING my hair to comb it, I told her it was easier to detangle if she wets it because I have natural curly hair, she told me no she has to do that first….. so that should have been my first sign to just leave. If I knew I had to come detangled to a salon I would have. Second, she was SCRUBBING my head so hard I had to tell her it was hurting. After that I got a blow dry and she told me I was done. I said I also wanted a trim, so they told me I had to wait for that. I waited because I really did want my hair trim because I was getting braids. I already go the service of washing and blow drying so why leave. I waited for over 45 mins. When it was finally my turn to get a trim she literally just cut it any way. My hair is uneven and trimmed/cut terribly. It was not the salon experience I been yearning for. I would advice making a appointment even tho they “accept walk ins” and honestly if you are not African they will not be friendly or welcoming to you. I would never go back to this place for ANY services. I was so disappointed. I wasn’t gonna leave a review but I keep trying to do my hair a style and way and it looks horrible.

I've come here to get my daughters hair done and everytime I come, I'm left speechless. She gets my daughters hair done in a timely manner and my daughter always has a huge smile on her face after the fact. I love it. She really does an excellent job, very professional and she engages with my daughter as well.

Nice shop would have gave 5 stars but the price we discussed on phone was more than what I paid only have 1 person braiding on your head hair also looks nothing like I wanted shop was clean staff was friendly

I truly enjoy going to Alizah’s salon to get my hair done. Claudia is really nice and friendly, she does a great job on my hair. Everyone who works in her salon is very nice to customers.
