Came here to use my Birthday discount for the luxurious lavender combo package. Best experience hands down. This package has dry sauna, body scrub, mineral bath, Swedish massage and basic facial. This was luxurious experience to be able to put away your phone in a locker and enjoy the experience. Focus on your breathing and mental thoughts. Lupita was kind and very gentle with my body scrub. She kept using words like “Mija” and “my Curozon” and I actually felt her kindness. She brought me my birthday cake slices to enjoy post my mineral bath. Monica gave the best Swedish massage and conversations. Normally I don’t enjoy talking during massage times but I absolutely enjoyed the conversations. Had the best nap during my facial. Only problem I find is to locate a parking here. They only have street parking or you can park behind the stores a block away. Best ladies in town for your spa needs.

Booked this spa for five people to celebrate my bachelorette weekend. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it was a relaxing, organized, and welcoming environment! Lupita was the most warm, kind, and genuine person making sure we had everything we needed and frequently checking on us. Gloria and Monica did the massage services and it was amazing, not to mention they were sweet and mindful. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you, Lupita, for making it a great spa day!

Terrible experience for my wife. I bought her a shiatsu hot stone. The message therapist never asked her how hard she'd like it until my wife was in so much pain and got up from table and said please stop. My wife was soar and uncomfortable for next week. Will never go back. Overall the facility is unorganized and not willing to take accountability.

The best massage place in WG. Gloria, Monica and Lupita are the best. Very clean and relaxing. Been going here for eleven years now and I would highly recommend this place.

Gloria provided the greatest massage I’ve ever had in my life. I went in with horrible lower back pain due to muscle tightness and she completely relieved my pain after a 75 minute therapeutic massage. I feel incredible. I can’t believe it. Gloria did an incredible job. I would recommend her to everyone looking for a massage.

I had a great experience at this location. Gloria is the one who gave me the massage & she was great!!! She was very knowledgeable, explained what she was doing and what it did, and had amazing customer service! Because of her i will be going again!

I looked at their website and was interested on all the options they had to offer but was very dissapointed when I had left a message about two weeks ago to schedule an appointment and till this day they never called back. I guess they do'nt need business!

My new favorite neighborhood spa ! I've been coming here for prenatal massages for several months and really love the homey atmosphere. I also got a facial and waxing service from Alex which was exellent. Luis and Gloria give incredible, relaxing massages to help you feel restored. Everything is very clean, tidy and a gem here in Willow Glen - highly recommend !

Overall it was good, but massage was only for 5-10 minutes compared to 1 hour session. I have had massage earlier and massage always last for 1 hour.

I had a massage here a month ago and the therapist hurt my knees. I have been limping ever since. I have called several times to discuss this but nobody EVER answers the phone. Massages should make you feel better not need medical attention afterwards.

This place is phenomenal! I would recommend to anyone the only thing is just be prepared that they're closed sometimes and a bit, unorganized, but other than that, overall your experience will be awesome!

I was just commenting how much I miss this place and our tea parties with friends ... such great service!!! Lupita always takes such good care of us and all the masseurs are wonderful. As soon as it is safe to we will be booking our next one!

The experiences was upsetting, but the management did take steps to make it right, so it's worth trying out... My girlfriend and I went for a couples package consisting of a sauna, mineral bath, and massage. The staff was friendly and the treatments themselves were relaxing (especially the massage!), but the awkward and uncomfortable wait between every treatment left us feeling like we'd been forgotten. We literally waited 25 minutes alone in the mineral bathroom room after the tub had drained until we finally decided we'd had enough. We left the room on our own, got dressed, and started to walk out angrily. But like I said, the management stopped us and did take good steps to make it right by us, and so for that, we are grateful and give a neutral 3-star rating overall.

Today gets a Woo Hoo! rating. This was my first time at All Natural Day Spa & I got a massage from Julia & all I can say is WONDERFUL! I love the hot stones & was very relaxed afterwards.
