You have a good place. But for cruelty to animals, I give 1 star. Please make a big aquarium with oxygen. Or give these fish and turtles at the reception into good, kind hands... This is cruelty to animals! They won’t bring you even more money; you’ll be fine anyway. Just stop abusing animals! Or I will call Green Peace and other organizations. And you will be fined a large amount!

By far the worst ‘massage’ of my life. I’ve never cut a massage short before, but I had to here as the masseuse’s touch was downright ticklish. She was not massaging my back but just rubbing it using absolutely no technique. When I asked for something harder she put way too much pressure, and it was just impossible to arrive at a point where I enjoyed the massage. The worst part is that no one sy the front desk asked why I had cut it short, they just asked if I wanted to combine it with their foot rub promo instead.

Have been coming here periodically for the past three years, and have always had a pleasant experience. The special for 30 minutes of back and 30 minutes of feet is well worth the money. They use hot stones at one point, which is a nice touch, and every masseuse I have gotten has been very receptive to areas that I would like more time spent on. Bring cash!!

Went here on a Saturday evening as a walk in, the lady at the desk didn't speak much English but I didn't have to wait long for a room. The AC was not working that day, I asked for the special for 30mins back and 30min foot rub and the Massage person named James was very polite but the massage was one of the Worst massages I've ever received. He started the massage using his elbows on the middle of my back and that was just way too much pressure so early on. Also the workers are very loud talking and you can hear them when getting massaged so if your expecting a relaxing environment, this is not it. I felt tense for the whole hour and did not enjoy. I have been to other locations from all seasons (steinway, 8st) and have had great experience. But the 79st location not good at all!

I am responding to the owners request to detail what myself and my two daughter in laws didn't like about our experience so here it goes. Being face down for 60 minutes is not enjoyable especially when someone is pushing on your neck with all their body weight. Having someone pinch, press their finger excessively hard into your back and jam their elbow into sensitive areas is also not enjoyable. Trying to communicate with someone that doesn't understand a word your saying during your massage is not enjoyable. I have had a multitude of massages and I understand I'm not paying for a spa treatment but this was borderline abusive. We all left very sore.. one with bruises and myself in terrible pain the next day. I paid the bill and tipped 20 percent because I'm not nasty but this was really brutal.. you could really injure someone. I'm not sure anyone is qualified to be doing what they do.

I have been here several times. It's not luxury but it's good enough. I took my two daughter in laws for an hour massage. We all left in pain. Unlike a regular massage where they get you to lay on your back at some point, they left us face down for a full hour.. it was very uncomfortable. We all experienced a feeling of being choked out as they press down on your neck and your throat gets crushed. They were super rough.. my one daughter in law has bruises all over her back and I can't walk today. I don't expect the most amazing massages but all three of us were like "what the???" .. this is def one we won't forget.

Not terrible but certainly not 5 star worthy. I’ve been to many foot spa’s and this is average at best. The whole experience is less than zen and relaxing as you are in a recliner at the entrance of the establishment. Overall foot massage wasn’t terrible but far from 5 star service. I guess the bar in NYC is pretty low.

Got a 90 minute full body massage. The masseuse was very aggressive and rushed. Pinching, direct pressure on the spine and other very uncomfortable techniques made for a very unenjoyable time. The experience overall was painful and I left more stressed and in pain than when I first entered. Would highly recommend going someplace else

I did massage on Sunday afternoon. It's the worst massage I've ever had. I was expecting a female masseuse, but a male masseuse came in. I couldn't say anything because my upper body was naked. And throughout the massage he unnecessarily touched my buttocks with his hands. He told me three times not to massage my back, but he ignored my words and continued to massage my back, making me very uncomfortable. Even almost at the end of the massage, he continued to lift up my upper body. I said 'Don't do it', but he kept doing it. it was too painful and I felt very embarrassed, but the male masseuse ignored my words. He wasn't friendly at all. The moment I received the massage, I was so embarrassed that I couldn't say any more. I never want to go again. I want everyone to know this.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. Love the 1 hour foot massages and combo of feet, neck and shoulders. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Inexpensive and good quality. I use Google Translate to get real specific about any of my needs.

I have been to All Seasons 5 or 6 times, and plan to continue going in once a week at least. Mimi is very friendly and efficient at the front desk and every foot massage and back massage I have gotten from either Nick, Tony, Lisa or Max was excellent and relaxing, and also therapeutic. I recommend very highly. So glad they are right near the 79th Street subway.

I usually go to the All Seasons on 8th and they are very good. I tried this one today, on a very stressful day, and the guy basically rubbed lotion on me for an hour. I kept asking him to focus on my upper back, he kept rubbing my lower back and the upper half of my butt. I asked him to increase the pressure, he was very confused and didn’t. This went on for 20 minutes. When it was time for my foot massage, it felt like a child was rubbing my toes. I asked him to increase the pressure, again, he sounded very confused and didn’t. I was getting annoyed and basically stared into space for 25 minutes while he held my feet. Finally the last 5 minutes felt like he saw how irritated I was getting and put some pressure into the whole thing. I rarely give bad reviews but I asked and asked for more pressure, nothing. Paid, tipped, because I didn’t want to be an awful human, but left so upset and more stressed out than when I came in.

My former cheap massage place has gone downhill, decided to try this place. Astonishing. I've had a ton of PT and bodywork, and Max is better than many high-end professionals I've worked with. I'll be back.

Not a great experience. Lady walked on me, elbowed me majority of the massage even when I told her to stop. Burped three times on me while massaging me. Most of the massage was a rub. Worse massage ever. This is my second time here. What a disappointing experience. Not coming back.

This place is a hidden gem in NYC! I can’t speak highly enough of how exceptional the massage treatments are, how clean and welcoming the salon is and how fantastic the staff & service are! Just rented the location for a friend’s bachelorette party and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Amazing spot! I’d give it six stars if I could :)
