I tipped the ladies who massaged me well as I respect their time & they stayed late to make sure my 90 min massage was fulfilled BUT I have to be honest in my review - I frequently receive deep tissue massages in NYC & although I repeatedly asked for very strong, the massage was pleasant but not deep tissue. The reflexology massage differed per foot with my last foot feeling a bit rushed. Final straw was the baby roach that crawled out from under my shoe when I got dressed afterwards :( And like others have said, they do stress over their tips & will have you stay in the building until they receive a notification on their end even once shown the confirmation from the senders end.

I booked a same-day massage, super easy on their website. The front desk staff is helpful and thoughtful. My 70-minute massage was excellent. The pressure was just right and I got the muscle soreness relief that I wanted. I highly recommend this place and would go back.

I went for a full spa day back in December and left in tears. First, I had to pay up front before ever receiving services. The lady refused to take my card and had me cashapp some random person that wasn’t even there (she had to call and verify that he received it). Second, the communication was awful from start to finish. The massage and facial were okay but not at all worth the money. The lady left the room serval times causing a huge disturbance. Lastly, I was supposed to get a body exfoliation treatment. I’ve never had one nor was it explained to me that all it was going to be was a lady scrubbing me down in a cold tub and laughing at me. Seriously, save your money and go somewhere else. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

I recently went to Universal day spa and had extremely bad experience. The communication was very poor, not attentive and I don’t know where they got all these fake reviews to be a five star review is absolutely a shame that companies can buy reviews then you come in and spend your money here and get the type of experience that I received here.
