I have just recently started massage treatments after an automobile accident that occured 6 months ago. I had already finished my PT, but was having difficulty finding an LMT who could work around my availability. Case in point,; I had already felt like I was healed from this accident, after rebuilding strength and doing circuit training with my PT for months. However, on my first session with Allison, within the first 5 minutes of massage, she uncovered that my neck and back musculature had essentially healed in a tilted/contorted resting position. After performing, what I can only describe as some traction massages at the base of my neck //upper vertebrae, the all too familiar nerve pain returned. This is NOT a bad thing. By exasperating my original injury, we uncovered the systemic issues I have experienced from my body healing with a posture far from neutral. I look forward to continuing my treatment with her, as I have absolute trust she will get my body back to normal, and living pain free.

My experience with Allison yesterday was very Healing to my body! It was my first visit with her. I was greeted as soon as she saw me and felt very welcome in her Beautiful space! She has a very great touch and listened to all my needs. I also trusted her Skills and sense of intuitive vibes. Allison also suggested some excercises I can do on my own to help ease some tensión. Allison is great. She's always very in-tune with my body, but also checks in before the massage to see which areas I feel might need more work. If you're looking for conversation she's good to talk with, otherwise she has very calming music to give a very restorative massage. I am sad I can no longer use my insurance, but even without, her prices are very reasonable, and I plan to continue going. Her monthly plan is fantastic as well - it helps make sure I don't go too long without a massage.
