I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Every time I leave, I’m amazed at how incredible I feel. I came in today for a facial, and first of all Natasha is literally a miracle worker. I’ve been stuffed up for at least a month now (happens every single year as soon as the temperature starts to fluctuate) This angel, Natasha, not only provided an incredible facial, she actually cleared my sinuses. I can breathe again! I’m never getting another facial from anyone else. My face is clear, my sinuses are clear, and I feel like she took a weight off my shoulders I’m so relaxed. Ps: get the membership. WORTH IT. Edit: I’ve just had another appointment, this time for a deep tissue massage with Ali. My fiancé had the same massage with Vivian. From the door to the treatment, Allora is always an incredible experience! Janelle and Nidia are the sweetest front desk associates and so welcoming. Both of us are feeling so relaxed and refreshed after an amazing massage. I say it every time, but I’ll be back here soon for another refresher. I love this place!

Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Where do I even begin? First of all I have gone to much more upscale spas than this one to even experience what I did here. I needed to have some much needed tension released so I booked their tension relief massage, upon calling to book the service I was treated just terribly by someone named Pita or Gita. She asked for my credit card info and proceeded to argue with me multiple times because SHE!! couldn't put in the numbers correctly. When I told her repeatedly my card was fine I just used it she just kept arguing with me, when confronted about her argumentativeness, she kept saying my card was not valid... then rudely hung up on the phone on me. When I called back another of her employees apologized for her terrible behavior then was able to take my card with 0 issues. Turns out the lady was just incompetent and didnt enter the zipcode correctly and was just off. When I arrived, I did not get the massage I booked. The woman massaging my face kept hovering over me slathering on moisturizer on my face that smelled terrible, her breath and breathing over my face even worst, smelled like rotten eggs breathing over my face. I could not relax, they did not even give me the full hour... it was the worst spa experience ive ever had in my life. Seems like they only want money and are not keen to the customer experience. zero stars! I will never go back there ever again and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with these people. JUST TERRIBLE. I left even more stressed with 0 tension relief for a damn tension massage, I got more relief taking a hot shower at home rather than whatever the hell that was. I dont recommend.

Allora Day Spa provided an exceptional experience from start to finish, with a serene atmosphere and attentive staff that made me feel completely at ease. My 90-minute massage was expertly tailored to my needs, striking the perfect balance between relaxation and deep relief. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will absolutely be returning for another visit.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Allora Day Spa, thanks to the incredibly talented Taura! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. Taura was so professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my skin concerns and tailoring the facial to suit my needs perfectly. Her technique was gentle yet effective, and I could feel the care and expertise in every step of the treatment. My skin felt rejuvenated, hydrated, and glowing afterward—easily the best facial I’ve ever had! Taura also shared helpful tips for maintaining my skin, which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a top-notch spa experience with someone who genuinely cares about their clients, I can’t recommend Taura and Allora Day Spa enough. I’ll definitely be back soon!

My facial and massage was amazing. But there nothing relaxing when the front staff are so loud you can hear them in the room with music and their water sounds going to try to cancel them out. Cathy gave me such amazing massage and definitely be back to see her.

I was visiting from out of town and found myself in desperate need of a massage due to a stubborn knot. After a quick search on Yelp, I came across Allora and was thrilled to snag an appointment right away. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The facility was spotless, and the staff greeted me with such warmth and friendliness that I immediately felt at ease. Before my massage, I had the chance to relax in their cozy lounge area while sipping on a soothing cup of tea. The decor was beautifully curated, with calming tones and a serene atmosphere that added to the overall experience. My massage therapist was absolutely incredible—attentive, skilled, and able to apply just the right amount of pressure to work through all my tension. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated, and that nagging knot was finally gone. Allora exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re local or just passing through, this place is a hidden gem you don’t want to miss!

i am visiting and i booked with Allora because they were the most cost effective compared to other day spas and it was well worth it. Janelle at the front desk was also super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with everything.
