I had a great experience during my time at Allora spa! I brought my sister, daughter, niece and my daughters friends to spend the day here for her birthday and we all had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Every single one of us enjoyed our massage and it was exactly what we were looking for ! My massage therapist, Robert, was exceptional and I would happily come back again! I recommend anyone to come here!

Be aware that booking a 60 minute prenatal massage, you might end up with 45 minutes or less netto, due to the "hands on, filling out forms, etc'. As an European we take literally the marketing, hence if you sell 60m, must be 60m. Due to this fact, they gave me a discount at check out, which was fair. But I wouldn't recommend.

I visited here for a swedish massage while in town for a conference. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The space was also very clean! My therapist, Robert did a great job tailoring to my areas of concern. The booking system and intake forms were also simple and easy to complete.

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend Robert, especially if you’re looking for deep tissue. I’ve been getting massages for over 15 years, and feel confident saying he’s one of the best!

My team celebrated a great work year by having a ladies spa day. We each did the Mio spa package which included a scalp treatment, facial and massage. This was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had!! I have been apart of massage clubs over the years, but the hot stone massage I got from Manela stood out. I also had an amazing facial and scalp treatment from Dayanara- if I am ever back in town I would book her immediately for a facial while I am here!!

The location is absolutely stunning—beautiful, serene, welcoming, and calming. It’s everything you could hope for to create the perfect spa day experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team set the tone for an exceptional visit. The young woman with red hair (I wish I could remember her name!) was outstanding. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my visit was everything I wanted it to be. Her helpfulness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed—I truly appreciated her efforts. She’s a gem and absolutely deserves a raise!

UPDATE: I’d like to update my review to add that this company got in touch with me to apologize for the experience and to offer a refund on the portion of service that was missed/unsatisfactory. The manager Stephanie didn’t have to do that, so it was appreciated. I will say, however, that when I called (apparently they’re having spam callers or something) the receptionist initially hung up in my face. I had to call back and explain quickly before she hung up again that I was returning a managers call. I didn’t really get that much out before she transferred me. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Anyway, I wouldn’t say “run! Don’t go here!” I’d say I hope you have a much better experience than I did. ## I recently visited Allora Day Spa for a massage and body scrub. Why oh why couldn’t I have just booked a massage and that’s all? Well first, I liked the ambience of the spa at the entrance and sitting area. The receptionist was pleasant. My massage was ok as well as the therapist. The body scrub was a big let down, although the therapist was a sweet young lady. I do prefer to just space out in quiet and I should have said that, as she was chatty. However the service itself was crazy: it was a chocolate mint body scrub and while I was already on the table, i was informed that they don’t have showers so the scrub will be removed by hot towel on the table. I thought hmmm ok. Because of no shower I was asked if I was going home immediately after the appointment because the chocolate mint scrub would leave me sticky. As I was going other places, I was advised to choose another scrub that would leave me less sticky. Omg my body was so tense and shivering because I was sooo COLD (and it wasn’t the scrub’s minty ingredient). I really don’t know what I experienced. It was an application of scrub stuff, then wipe off, then lotion applied (and not rubbed in). When I got up from the most bizarre scrub experience I’ve ever received, My skin smelled like old water from the wet towels. I had to change back into my clothes in the public hall bathroom which was odd for me. However thankfully I had a bottle of scented handwash soap and hand lotion in my purse. I took a mini sink bath in the public hall bathroom so I didn’t smell like old water rags. I was in there for probably 15-20 minutes. At checkout, I opted for no tip and I NEVER refuse a tip. The receptionist asked how the chocolate mint scrub was and I told her I didn’t receive that one. She didn’t ask any questions, but took 30% off the balance owed and not the total paid. You know how you just feel robbed a little? Like maybe somewhere on the site or BEFORE the service they should say: we don’t have shower facilities… or something. What the site says and what I got wasn’t the same thing and that’s what I regret. It makes me feel like “gosh, if I hadn’t gotten the scrub service, I would have left happy and $100 richer.”

Very pleased with my experience, Christina at the front desk was a big help figuring out the right massage i needed. I got the deep tissue and Hindolo was definitely the right person for the job. 10/10 recommend.

Shift from my wife that was pleasant and relaxing. Not a big spa person but I will certainly do this again. Both therapist were professional and attentive and made the experience 5 stars. Facility was almost surgically clean and you definitely get the spa feeling starting at the reception till the very end. Need an xtra 10 minutes to take a nap before you leave!

Had an amazing and tranquil experience! Hot stone Massage by Neetha was likely the best massage I have ever had. She provided such care and accommodated all my needs and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend her! Mariah did a wonderful mud wrap and was friendly and personable. She was very sweet and professional. The spa was clean and staff was amazing! I recommend this location and spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and great experience!

It was my first time getting a massage at Allora and it was amazing! Robert was my therapist and I have nothing but good words to say. He was very respectful, very kind, and very informative; all while giving the best massage I have ever experienced! I really appreciate how he gave me stretches to do at home to help with lower back pain and muscle tightness. I am already looking forward to my next massage with him!

My girlfriend and I had an exceptional experience with Hindolo and Robert! Their deep tissue massage was truly incredible. Both were highly professional, attentive, and clearly experts in their craft. They took the time to understand our needs and applied the perfect amount of pressure, targeting all our problem areas with precision. We walked away feeling rejuvenated and pain-free. I can't recommend Hindolo and Robert enough for anyone looking for an amazing, therapeutic massage. I'll definitely be back!!

This experience was incredible, a birthday gift from my husband and my children. I never thought I would enjoy it so much. I felt cared for and revitalized. I feel as a someone new when I live the place, the staff is extremely friendly and prepared.

Worst massage I've ever had in my life!!! I didn't even think that was possible!!! So bad.... I had to stop my service. The best part of my massage when she stopped digging her ellbo in my back. I really was expecting something better since this was in the doctor phillips area.

Wow! What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I had Anoniese for a hot stone massage, she was amazing. I had Neethan for a pumpkin facial, she made me feel so relaxed for my first facial.
