I found out about this spa from Groupon. I went, the lady that did my lashes was fast and professional. I was happy until I went for my fill. I was told to come back in 3 weeks and I done just that on a Saturday. They had no appointments until that Thursday and was told I may be charged for a full set if most of my lashes were gone. I prepaid for a fill at my initial visit and asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere so that I wouldn't be charged for a full set. Management never returned my phone calls after making two attempts. It's been 5 weeks and still no call. I end up going to another lash place a week ago and had way better results, hardly any of my lashes came off and better customer service. I do not recommend this place at all if wanting lashes. They close early and are not open Sunday's or Monday's so it'll be hard for a working person to get in. I still have a fill to use and since I haven't received a refund, or a call from management, I have no choice but to go back or take a loss. I do my best in supporting minority owned businesses but I'm disappointed in the level of service that was provided. Thumbs down

I received a 60 minute Swedish massage from allure lashes and laser (Groupon deal) and it was amazing. I had Brittany Shobe and she really made the environment relaxing and made my body feel amazing! I definitely recommend this place and will be returning!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this spa. I received a gift card to Allure from my boyfriend for Christmas after asking him to book me a massage. He pointed it out on our way home one night and I was a bit apprehensive since the sign says Allure Lashes and Laser. Booking my massage was very easy with their online booking site and when I arrived for my appointment, Brittany was immediately ready for me. She did a great job asking about pressure, focus areas, trouble spots, etc. before the massage. I was very comfortable with the level of privacy, ambiance, music, and my favorite, the heated bed. I booked the Massage Monday deal this time (because I couldn't pass up the value!), but can definitely see myself splurging on a longer massage in the future. Long story short, I was very happy with my massage and would highly recommend it to others!

I loved my first full set that I got. I did NOT however like that I showed up at 10am to speak to someone before my appointment and they were not open as there hours listed.

It was my first time to get anything waxed ever and I went straight for the bikini! Dany was great tho! It was never awkward and she was super quick! After that I got my eye brows waxed for the first time as well. They look great and it was quick as well! I definitely recommend Dany and will be returning!
