PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Management is horrible. Staff is fine. Communication is trash and they are full of excuses. There’s a reason why the old staff left when things were smoother. Canceling last minute appointments several times after booking in advance. Ridiculous. There are better spas in Fresno than can keep a steady availability.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Allure Medical Spa for their advertised special on vampire and PRP treatments, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was extremely sincere, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The results of the treatments exceeded my expectations, leaving my skin looking rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend Allure for anyone looking to experience the benefits of these innovative treatments. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future. Thank you Yasi, Joanna, Uzzie and Mazen (best barista in town;) for providing such exceptional care and results.

Yasi is exactly the person you want on your side if you’re a first-timer in cosmetic procedures - like myself. Yasi answered all questions, made me feel so comfortable, Allure was so straight-forward and fair with pricing, very friendly staff, inviting environment and a complimentary coffee bar and barista right outside the doors. Come here if you’re hesitant or nervous about any procedures. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Zerooo star It’s the bad service and bad stuff I went for my Botox session with nurse Maria was so horrible they took your pic and posted without your permission the Botox they said it’s stay for 4month but it didn’t stay even a month, and she did inject my hair line, I don’t know what that has to do with my forehead! I guess they mix the products with water or something just to make more money. plus they ask require from you to answer an endless sheet of questions. I will never go back and I don’t advise people to go it’s was an expensive horrible experience

i hade a Beautiful experience The staff there was amazing I just went to do some resources and to see what they offered at their spa and because of how nice everyone in this office was I ended up getting a Botox and lips filler and my mother also decided to go with the procedure of the fillers and what she wanted to get done i've never been so happy with the results of how amazing everything looks. I am very happy with these allure medical spa Yasi i never been so happy thank you for making me Beautiful

Today was my first time receiving treatment here. The front desk staff was very friendly and sweet. The provider was also very friendly. She was very patient and took her time to talk with me. She made sure I had all my questions answered before proceeding to treatment. Most importantly, I didn’t feel pressured to purchase any treatment at all. I highly recommend Allure!

Very professional and courteous front desk staff. My consultant was patient and explained procedures in full detail. I had to reschedule due to medical reasons and that was very comforting, knowing my health was important and a priority!

So glad I decided to come here! I recently received services elsewhere and wasn’t happy with it. I wish I remembered their names but the nurse and her assistant that helped me today were absolutely the best! From their customer service skills to the lip injections that were provided were 10/10 experience for me. Thank you again, I’m obsessed with my results!

This place is the best! The staff are all so helpful and nice. This was my first time getting my lips done and the PA is so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable I will definitely be going back.
