This was my first time ever coming to a nail salon and getting my nails done for anything. I never got the lady’s name but she was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met, talking about how she loves to talk and learn English. Anyways, the lady walked me through the nail process and said that despite my small hands, they were still easy to do. I even let her do a design on my thumb since my inspo photo didn’t show the thumbs. 5/5, I’ll definitely be coming back to this nail salon!💜🦋

Experience was great. The first tech was much more careful in detail. He went to start another client. Another lady came to finish me up and was rough. Nails are bumpy and the gel polish has lifted. Kinda sad about it.

5 yrs ago I loved this shop but recently I had a really bad experience. I moved back to the area & decided to try this place for a pedi & gel nails. The pedi was awful, the worst one I've ever had. She pulled my cutical on my big toe to the point of bleeding (after I asked her NOT to do the cuticles for this reason), she completely ignored everything I asked her not to do. I gave 2 stars bc she did ok on my fingernails (gel polish only). You could tell she was new, but she definitely didn't enjoy what she was doing. I paid & moved on bc I don't like confrontation, but I won't be going back.

Came in for a pedicure, fill in and eyebrows. This is not my first time coming so I was very disappointed with my service this time. Got there around 330 and voiced what I wanted done. Brian immediately started on my pedicure and when finished around 6PM, I was told I would have to wait 30 min to an hour for my nails to be done. & "that your nails should have been done first." Try to go ahead and get my eyebrows done and the wax machine is not hot. Both things could have been easily avoided with communication. After being there for 2 and a half hours I shouldn't have had to wait another 1 hour to get my nails done. & the eyebrows machine should have been hot or heating up during my pedicure. Just very disappointed in my service and I will not be back or sending customers there.

I had the best experience today with Hien! She’s super friendly and does an amazing job! Best job I’ve ever had! I love my nails! They look exactly like the picture I showed her!

Made a reservation for 10 am, arrived at that time…They weren’t open yet!🤷🏽‍♀️ I went to dollar general next door to pick up a few things until they opened. However, My manicurist did a great job! Prices were reasonable compared to where I’m from.

My nails look nice but the young woman who did them didn't push back my cuticles, took calls and burnt me with the dremell tool from pushing down to hard. I wasnt given any type of price quote until after the nails where finished, though I'm not mad at the price (70$ for a short coffin set w 3 colors and a dip base) but it's still more than I expected.

8/31/2022 I was taking my daughter to get nails for her good grades and this is The Nail shop she picked. Upon arriving man at first said they couldnt take us then wkmen at 1st nail table said they could thats where it began. Wanted to look at nail colors and wasnt able to due to her small child was building something with them and smacked our hand when we tried to take one to look at. My pedicure was great the only thing that was good from there.Haleighs nails looked horrible . I had dipped she just filed off and filled in with acrylic used maybe 10.00 worth of product on me and they were shaped horrribly so i went to shape myself had them ok she took file and filed back to way they was. Last but not least I was charged a $195.00 for an horrible experience I tipped gentleman with cash i had and added hers to my card then she said you could tip me out of that money you have there. I replied i need my cash and left shes lucky she got what she did. Unbelievable can say dont worry wont be back

I had been into Allure three or four times back in the summer with no issues whatsoever. However the last time that I went the lady did my nails and it was not the best job I've ever had done there was some lumps in my nails and they just were not really up to par but I didn't say anything and went on about my business. A couple of days later two of the nails popped off and I had about three other ones that were loose. So I called up there and scheduled an appointment let them know why I was coming back and went on up there to get my repairs done. When I got there four of the employees had to look at my hands and questioned me if I had actually got my nails done there. Of course I got my nails done there I wouldn't have them done someplace else and then ask someone else to fix them. So that was a little off-putting to say the least. Well the same lady that did my nails the first time repaired them well it looked like she did an okay job although she used a totally different color paint without even asking me she just painted my nails whatever color she chose. And a few days later two more nails popped off one of them was the one that she had repaired and I still had several loose nails. I will not go back to allure I thought that was very unprofessional I felt like they did not believe that I actually got my nails done there, possibly because of the poor work that the lady in boots too had provided me.

Love! Anni is thee best & so sweet. I see a lot of complaints about wait times & I’ve never found that to be true. I’ve had my nails for 10 months & im a full time bartender .. quality is 100% no chipping or lifting. Nails in first photo are 4weeks after fill..

Not impressed. I’ve gotten many pedicures and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First, I called to ask if there was availability for 2 pedicures. I said I’d be there in 5-10min and asked whether there would be a wait. I was told no wait, head over and they will have time for us. We waited for 20min upon arrival before being seated. Then, they began my pedicure while my friend soaked. Which would have been okay if the delay was minimal, but they didn’t start hers until mine was done. The idea was for us to get pedicures together, plus it made the overall time double what it should have been. This being after we already waited 20min after being told there was no wait. My pedicure was very uncomfortable. I’ve had my skin nipped during cuticle trimming before and usually it’s no big deal, just a little pinch. I was cut enough it startled me and the pain didn’t subside for several minutes. The massage was painful too, as my tech dug her fingertips into the tops of my feet. She very clearly does not care about her job and just went through the motions haphazardly. Having my callouses removed went alright despite what was expected pain at that point, but the next day my heels were very tender. I’ve never had this painful of a pedicure before. My nails look nice, but overall I’m very disappointed with the entire experience. Would not recommend.

The staff were polite, but this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had!! Not only was the pedicure painful, but the young girl doing my toes clipped the side of my toe nails causing me to have ingrown nails on almost every nail! Of coarse I noticed it a few days later when almost every toe began to hurt. I will never go back.

They do a great job with your pedicure! The nails are a hit or miss, sometimes they leave a lot of product around the edges or underneath the nails. As long as you ask them to fix things, they will. They are a friendly group of people that work there.

Update!!! I decided to try Annie I have to say this time she knocked it out the park! Update: Went back a 2nd time she rushed me out the door good. 1st time: Thank you Annie great job. It's hard to find anyone that can do nails or care enough to do a good job. Annie does.

I went today to get a new set of nails and dipping powder. Linda was super friendly and helpful picking my new dip powder. She CANNOT do nails. First the tips were pointing up ..and before you say your nails were to short etc... nope, I have very nice long nail beds that naturally curve down. I asked her to remove the nail, she removed one. I told her several times I did not like they way she was doing my nails and was ignored. I sat trying to be nice to her until this horror was over. My nails are the absolutely the worst they've ever been. I won't go back... WARNING if Linda does your nails.
