My go to spot for my nails. I always get a mani and pedi. I followed my nail tech Kat to this location and all of the staff have always been so sweet and kind. I get the nature retreat pedicure and my nail tech does amazing nail art so she is always my go to. They tend to get busy so I reccomend calling ahead and seeing what their availability is!! Treat yourself and get your nails done at allure!

Truly one of the best nail salons in town! The staff is great, the salon is clean and the intention they put into the service is so apparent. I will definitely be back.

Walked in for a pedicure. Was served immediately upon walk in. The manicurist was very gentle with my cuticles and gave my legs a really nice massage with the exfoliating scrub. My first time there and I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped by after having lunch with my mom. They had new management signs up (I think, can't remember). I got a regular manicure, just plain and simple. I didn't want to get anything else bc i was going to put on my fake nails for Hawaii. My polish started to chip after my shower at night. Usually begins to chip after a few days doing it myself. I believe I paid close to $40 for that. That in itself was a little disappointing. The ladies were all sweet and nice though.

Do not come here they use MMA which is illegal to use and very dangerous. They also removed ingrown toenails, which is illegal as well. Be careful who you choose to be your manicurist and nail tech. They have really bad customer service and talk down on their own employees in front of customers! Let’s be mindful of who we choose and who we want to be our nail tech in our community thank you!

I paid 65.00 for a nail fill the first time I went and a few days later 2 nails fell off. Went back and asked for A new set, paid 95.00 and once again 2 nails came off and it hasn’t even been a week. I’ll never ever go back here again. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I was taken at the last minute 6:00 pm and I loved the outcome of my deep French stiletto full set. This will be my new salon and spa. Nina is my new nail tech and her customer service 10/10 highly recommended 💖💖💖💖💖💖

I went and got my nails and my toes done. And I was thinking for the price for a pedicure and a manicure was a little high, but I just assumed that with the area that we’re in and The price of inflation was all a part of it. But my gel on my nails started lifting that night. Plus when I called to let them know, they were kind enough to let me come back in to get it fixed, but there was one young lady I kept telling her the polish color was not the same. I had a black undertone with glitter on top that illuminated green when you were in the Sun. The one she put on my nail is not the right color because I instantly went in the sun and it’s a blue tone so now it looks weird because I have nine green nails. And one bluish nail. Some people may see this as a minor inconvenience, but when you work in an industry where your hands are constantly seen and you’re having to point out papers for clientele this does not look good. I do not recommend this place.

Was a nice experience, very calming and relaxing environment. Color gel was just what I asked for and I liked that the lady asked how I would like my nails trimmed on my pedicure. Only request would be to have the message on my legs and feet longer and more intense. Felt like mine was done faster and not as good as my mother’s was, even though we came in together and asked for same type of pedi. Still a nice job and my toes feeling and look great!

I walked in on a whim for a gel French tip manicure and I definitely expected better quality for the location. The salon is GRIMY. Old nail dust along with regular dust & hair piled under the glass on the manicure tables, air vents furry with old dust, nail polish splatter EVERYWHERE, including the furniture. This place is definitely suffering from some “shop blindness”. I didn’t walk out because at least the tools were new in the package, but considering how painful the technician was on my hands, I should have left. My cuticles are raw & bleeding still the next day. The paint is uneven & poorly done, she didn’t even paint the edges to seal the manicure. Is this what you get for $40? Definitely don’t recommend & definitely won’t be back. Not worth it.

I walked in to an absolutely empty but pretty salon. I figured it’s ok being a Tuesday afternoon. The two ladies there were polite and appeared to be doing a good job with shellac mani and pedi. They were constantly chatting with each other about something that transpired before I got there but I didn’t mind as the job can be boring. However 2 days later the shellac started to chip and by the 5th day a few fell off leaving my hands looking so scruffy. I’ve never had this happen with shellac which lasts me a min of 14 days. I paid over a $100 ($68 on the mani) and this is what my hands look like. I don’t know what quality they’ve used or if they even missed a step or a product. I’m very upset and unfortunately I don’t live nearby to go back!

I walked in to an all but empty nail salon only one nail tech and one customer. The nail tech asked if she could help me and I said I would like a pedicure and she said she was too busy and if I could come back later…I asked are you the only tech here to which she replied I am booked with appointments already. Would not recommend

The girl who did my nails was great, but the woman that I assume was running the place was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She was telling this woman doing my nails that she needs to take a break and I need to wait, that she knows best and that girl doesn’t know anything.. it was awkward and weird and I felt really bad for the woman doing my nails. She was visibly upset and I could tell she felt super uncomfortable. Such a weird experience.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location, I will say I was very happy with how my visit went. I normally go to the Bay Area to get my nails done but wanted to give Fresno a chance since I was already here. I didn’t have an appointment but they still took me in as a walk-in. I had an acrylic full set and regular polish pedicure. I was very pleased how friendly everyone was and how quickly they got me in. I didn’t wait longer than 3-5 mins. The location is very clean and loved how they used sterile instruments for my nails. I was surprised they only charged me $88 for everything. For the work they did I was expecting it to be more. The sweet lady who did my pedicure, when she tried helping me put on the pedicure slippers 2 of the nails got messed up and I told her not to worry about it but she was still very sweet to redo the nails and fix it plus she took care of my ingrown toenails which was a plus for me. Overall great experience will be visiting again soon! Update: have been coming here since my first visit here months ago and still love the work they do
