Always wonderful for the last 20 years! Amani was the first to be able to work with this thick long hair. Now going gray and get that covered of course. She cuts it perfectly does the color, highlights. I can’t name one thing she isn’t good at when it comes to my hair. Thank you ❤️

Amani has been doing my hair for nearly two years since I moved to the West coast. Aside from her impeccable personality, her talent is unmatched. I never worry about my hair when I have her in my life. The color is always perfect and what we discussed. The extensions are ALWAYS perfectly blended (crazy talent there). Her time management skills? Outstanding. With my maintenance I used to dread sitting in a salon chair, but with Amani as the CEO of my hair, it’s efficient and effortless. Amani is the best! I found her salon shortly after moving to Seattle 9 years ago and now I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. Keratin treatments are a must for the rain. My hair always looks amazing each time I go. The salon itself is also super cute!

I've seen Amani for over 10 years. I love the Keratin Smoothing product she uses on my very curly hair. It has no smell and it works wonderfully. I wash it out after 3 days and it lasts about 3 months. I've tried other smoothing treatments with other technicians and all of their products had a very strong smell and a lot of visible burn off when hair was eing blow dried, making the smell worse! I'm finally enjoying my hair, either blown out or curly, after decades of fighting it. Highly recommend Amani and her service!

I have been going to Amani exclusively for over two years now. I love the positive environment and how cute her shop is. There is always free coffee and plenty of magazines to pick from. She always does my hair exactly how I want and is very easy to schedule with. It’s a bit of a drive for me being I live in Marysville but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I have been going to Amani for three years now and she is absolutely amazing, I will never go anywhere else. From my very first visit she has done wonders. She is so professional and has the experience and knowledge to work WITH me on what hair style I am going for. I have always been afraid of trying new haircuts, but I love chatting about ideas and discussing what would work with my hair type, and I trust her implicitly to make what I'm picturing in my head a reality while playing into my hair's strengths. She also is amazing with her relationships with clients. She knows my hair so well I can sit down, and she already knows what to do. I love chatting with her, she is such a fun, interesting, compassionate person. But she also respects me when I am feeling less social so I never have anxiety of awkward small talk which is very important to me. I have had multiple people come up to me asking who does my hair. I have never had that happen before I started seeing her. And to top it all off her little boutique is the cutest thing. Right on lake union. Watching the seaplanes land as you are waiting for the color to set is peak Seattle. There is ample parking. I could not praise this woman enough with what she has done to my self confidence and I could not recommend her more.

Booked a keratin treatment here while out of town from Alaska, absolutely saved my over processed hair and could not be more pleased with the results. Amani's a great person and was happy to give me tips on maintaining my hair and letting me know it's okay to follow up if I have any questions. Getting your hair done with a lakeside view was also a unique experience that can't be beat, would love to come back here in the future.

I have frizzy hair and I got a keratin smoothening treatment with Amani. ZERO DIFFERENCE TO MY HAIR. This cost me 400+ $ that just went down the drain! I was told to not wash my hair for 3 days and recommended some product which i followed diligently. I contacted her about this and after avoiding my messages FOREVER, she agreed to a redo. To be honest, I missed the redo appointment because of my health and my appointment was cancelled as a no show. While I don't hold it against her for not accommodating my no show, I don't think if I would ever go back or recommend a salon that cant get it right the first time!

There's only one stylist available at this salon (at least on the day I booked), and she cancelled on me the day before a big event. I know, life happens, but just keep that in mind when making an appointment - if you get cancelled on, there's no one else who can help you and now it's too late for scheduling anywhere else.

I am new to Seattle and needed a new hair stylist. I have partial highlights to blend in my natural brown hair with the incoming gray hair. Amani did an amazing job matching the highlights I had and blended everything in perfectly! I loved it so much I just went back to get my eyebrows tinted for the first time. I brought my eyebrow pencil in and she matched the color perfectly as well. Highly recommend Allure!

I went in for a Keratin treatment at 10am. Champagne the cutest Yorkie in the world sat on my lap as I got the treatment. Suffice it to say the service was fantastic and the experience incredibly charming. I have very wavy but frizzy color treated hair that needed a good taming. The keratin treatment did just that. My waves are now perfect and sleek and I can clip in my hair extensions after my hair has air dried without any more effort bc the texture of my hair matches the extensions perfectly. Super recommended!

I just moved to Seattle from the Bay Area and was nervous to try a new salon since I had my regular hair stylist in the Bay that I trusted. Amani went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and listened to. She's amazing at the Keratin treatment, that's her specialty, but also she did an amazing job with my new bob. Besides the fact that she's a fabulous hair dresser, she's also such a cool person. Thanks, Amani! You're the best girl!
