I came to the business itself to look into tanning service. Because they have no phone number. Or way to contact them listed. Both of the doors were locked. The woman that came to the door unfortunately, didn't speak very much English and Was incredibly rude telling me she doesn't know what I'm talking about. I need to call a make an appointment, but refuse to give me a number and said that She doesn't even know what I'm talking about For the tanning. I don't know. I was extremely confused and very disappointed with my Encounter with this salon.

So I've been trying to make an appointment for my nails. They don't answer their phone so I came in person and the disrespect they showed to both me and my sister was disgusting. I walked in trying to get assistance and was pointed to the lady n the back, she was busy so I popped out to tell my sister it b a sec and that lady gets up and locks the door looks me dead n the eye when I went towards the door and locked it. No words. Nothing went between us and it was HOURS till closing. So my sister went towards the other door and the same lady who I talked with earlier tried to play dumb and said she didn't speak English when she spoke clear English to me AND the other two English speaking women there.and spoke English perfectly fine to my sister earlier till my sister asked if the other half was part of the salon and that the other lady locked the door then she said "me no speak English my English not good". So I go back n, not happy, get pointed to a nail person who is open and she says SHE doesn't do what I had wanted other one: the one lady who locked the door on me does. I don't advice going here they're very disrespectful and rude and u can't get thru the doors or call them. Something suspicious here because they clearly don't want clients.

1st appointment I waited 65-minutes. She never showed up, did not reply to my text, never answered her phone or called back for several days. 2nd appointment she was 15-minutes late, and while she instructed me 10-12 times to keep my eyes closed, or they would sting from the chemical treatment on my eyelashes... my Debt Card and my Credit Card were stollen from my zipped closed wallet inside my zipped closed purse!!! She had music on the entire time, so I did not hear my purse (on book shelf, above hers) being unzipped. She is in the back of the salon, and there were no other customers in the back, and only one other employee. I discovered my cards missing less than 5-minutes after I left. Closed the accounts immediately, filed a police report and informed Groupon! BE CAREFUL!! Just saying...

My wife went here to lighten up her hair in what she specifically asked to be about 5 sessions from dark brown to blonde. The lady ended up trying to do it all in one session, bleached my wife’s hair turned it orange and then made tried to grey it out and blacken her roots. Now my wife’s hair is literally a mix of orangish blonde, grey, and black. She spent 6 hours doing this and then charged my wife $300.

I bought a full set of lashes with a 2 week fill on groupon. It was my first time trying groupon. I scheduled an appointment with Sarah. She told me to send her my groupon receipt. Then before my appointment she said she double booked herself and asked if we could reschedule. I am a hairstylist and I asked my client if she could reschedule so that I could go to my appointment. Then when I showed up for my appointment she wasnt there. I text her and I was told by her friend that she had an emergency and didn't have her phone. Then she text me later and rescheduled me again. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes. Theres no reception. Not one person has attempted to help me. Sarah isnt responding to my texts. I went on groupon to see if I could get a refund and she redeemed the voucher on the day she had me text the groupon receipt. I literally got ripped off and never got an appointment. Im not usaully one to complain but I'm not sure what else to do at this point!

I found Sarah on Groupon. She told me to not buy the Groupon and come in first. Most people do that because they rather have the customer pay them instead of purchasing the Groupon since Groupon takes a huge percentage so I’m like okay whatever it’s still false advertising and also you can’t write a review if you don’t actually purchase it. I found that out afterwards. I came in she took off my previous lash extensions and told me my lashes were too damaged so I have to come back. When I came back, she was out of the eye patches they put under your eyes before applying the extensions. So she put this tape instead and it ripped out all my bottom lashes!!! And all she said was I’m sorry I won’t ever use the tape on you again. I’ve gotten lashes since I was 18. She did a terrible job. She didn’t fill in all my lashes and they fell out tremendously on the left eye the next day. To make things worse I go on Groupon to write a review and see the lashes she applied on me were $79. I paid $150 with the removal. So not only she ripped out my bottom lashes, she purposely overcharged me knowing I found her on Groupon. Very dishonest way of doing business. So I text her and tell her I’m unhappy and she tells me she’s all booked and gave me the run around and doesn’t respond to me after. I’ve never been to any place for any service with this kind of disrespect and horrible customer service. I will never go to Sarah again. My real lashes also fell out with the extensions. Now I have to deal with the aftermath of growing healthy lashes again.

I've been getting haircuts from Tanya for years now. Never go anywhere else. Very professional stylists working there. Plus with the new remodel it feels cozy and clean. 5 out of 5. Definitely recommend!!

The manicure service is super poor. Don’t ever schedule appointment with Phuong . I walked in and she told me she already had another customer. She told me I called and cancelled which is not true. I said I didn’t then She didn’t even bother to meet me. She doesn’t respect the appointment time. I drove 20 minutes here and I walked away without any apology . It’s very disappointing .

This place is awesome. The owner is amazing and so are all the other workers. I came in and they hooked me up with a great deal and their lotion prices beat everybody elses by a long shot. Plus they have like a million lotions to choose from and they are all priced to be extremely affordable. I recommend this place to anybody who doesn't wanna sign a contract and sign their life away just to get some color in their life (:
