I recently had a massage with Deborah and Makylie (3 weeks apart), and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere in Allvera was calm and inviting, with soothing music and a peaceful setting that instantly helped me relax. Both therapists were professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. Both massages were incredible—perfectly tailored to address my areas of tension and discomfort. The therapists used a combination of techniques that left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and the way they checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable. By the end of the session, I felt not only physically relieved but mentally refreshed as well. I highly recommend both of these Massage Therapists to anyone looking for a truly healing and relaxing experience. I'll definitely be returning for my next session!

Highly recommend! This was my first time getting waxed and Wannita was very kind! She was gentle, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable even during the awkward parts! The spa is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing! I will be returning if I’m ever in town and in need of a wax!

I'm in love with Allvera! The vibe of this place puts me in a relaxed mood immediately upon entering. I've gotten facials and massages at Allvera, and both were amazing; Lexi and Sally are experts at their craft! The staff is so kind and attentive, and I feel so well taken care of throughout the whole experience. I always walk out the door feeling ten times lighter and calmer. I can't recommend this place enough!

Sally is a lifesaver! I have chronic low back and hip pain, and I could instantly feel a difference as soon as I got off the table. She identified all my problem areas, and I can't believe how much better I feel—not just physically, but my mood is so much lighter from the relief. She also provided me with at-home stretches and techniques to try. This appointment was booked on a whim, and I am so grateful to have found Sally. The atmosphere was incredibly calming and relaxing, with soft lighting and soothing music that immediately put me at ease. The entire space was clean and well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience. The other staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to the welcoming environment. Overall a really great first experience at Allvera and I look forward to returning soon!

I found this place by a wonderful accident. This is a beautiful and established space with an array of options for taking care of myself! I have tried massage and waxing services and i looking forward to booking skin care and lymphatic services. The staff is friendly and massage team is excellent at what they do.

The spa is amazing. I love the staff. Lexi did a great job doing my brows and will be my person from here on out. Donna is an excellent massage therapist. She managed to get all my tension areas so I can finally relax.

Had a massage yesterday and it was incredible! I went with the intention of relaxing (I was highly emotional due to a personal issue) and my massage therapist Donna held space for me and then gave me such a calming, relaxing massage that truly changed the course of my day. The space was relaxing and clean and it was hard to leave once it was over lol! Thanks so much Donna! I’ll definitely be back to try their other services :)

I received a gift for Allvera Wellness Spa, so it was my first-time visiting this spa. The property is one I have driven-by so many times and love the MCM/Modern "feel." After having a gracious welcome, an AMAZING deep-tissue massage from Caitlin, and easy check-out, I couldn't help but wonder what other services can I be back for. This is definitely a spa I will visit again! Highly recommend!

Wow! Just had the best customer service experience so I had to write a review. I called here looking for someone who could do a massage for my TMJ disorder because I am in so much pain (and have called a bunch of places). Jen informed me they didn't have someone but offered to check around with a few people she knows and said she would send me a text. That is some seriously amazing customer service!!! Will have to check this place out sometime. Thank you Jen!

Absolutely recommend!! Our new favorite spa in Columbus and will definitely be coming back here! We did the foot detox, BallancerPro Lymphatic Treatment and sauna and it was all SO relaxing! Jen made our spa day even better with her hospitality and we left feeling so refreshed! Will definitely be back!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Caitlin is an absolute wizard with her hands! Due to work and carrying all my stress in my shoulders, I had constant pain for 3 weeks in my neck. After visiting, I haven't had any issues, though the stress at work continues. I'll definitely be back and will make this a routine for some much needed self care this year! I would highly recommend this location. Customer service was top notch and the environment is extremely relaxing!

Had such an amazing experience at Allvera getting my pre-wedding glow sprayed on! I was able to do a trial spray tan a few weeks ahead of my wedding day and we were able to dial in the perfect color for me right before the wedding. I asked about 1000 questions to the staff and all of my prep and aftercare questions were answered and I felt genuinely relaxed and cared for through the experience. Such a nice place with wonderful people!

Jen made me feel welcome at Allvera before I even walked into the door. I called last week, not knowing what I was looking for, but after a month of travel and social events, I knew I needed to reset. Jen personally curated a plan of services to meet my needs, and quickly got me on the schedule. All 3 services at Allvera exceeded my expectations. The Allvera team was so friendly, educated me on each service, and created a first-class relaxation experience from start to finish. I will be recommending Allvera to all of my friends, and will be back soon!

Lexi has been working on my skin now for about 7 months - she is so great! Highly recommend her for facials, spray tanning and waxing. I also brought my mom here for massages which were also top notch. This place offers so many wellness options in a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is very professional and friendly.

My boyfriend and I went here for our 4 year anniversary and it was everything we could have hoped for, plus more! Jen made the experience top notch. Her customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. She explained everything in detail and checked in on us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. My first thought of this place is Wow. It was so visually appealing and well decorated. I was offered water and Tea when I entered. The therapist was nice, worked on the areas I wanted and told me their plan. The base prices are a little high, but they do have a members/rewards that gives discounts that makes it worth it. Over all good place to get a massage.

The absolute Best Christmas gift was a day at Allvera ~ pamper yourself and/or someone you love! An incredible experience with so many choices of total body care. Jen and her staff are experts in all of the processes from detox, sauna, wax, and more ~ peaceful atmosphere ~ and the results are amazing!!! Learned so much about wellness & at 63 years old it’s even more important now,,, lots to live for!!! Highly highly recommend Allvera ,,, will definitely be back! Frequently!!
