This lady claims to be Christian but gossips so much about others. Talks about others in front of clients. No professionalism. Over charges. Hires ppl who have little experience. Wait time is hours sometimes. Alma will work on multiple clients at once delaying service then you end up being in the salon all day. People hang around workers on there phones not attentive to clients when they walk in. It wasn't like that before. How things have changed. Ask before getting your hair cut or done. Alma will spike up the price depending on you not set prices.

Deberían de tener más organización. Perdí una hora y media sentada sin que me atendieran. Por lo menos una lista donde se apuntar la gente para que sepan quien sigue después de uno.

I had great experience getting a haircut without an appointment. I just walked in and was greeted and helped on the spot. No waiting, nice haircut, nice staff, pretty fair price ($14+tip). Thank you!
