I’m a Vegas local who’s been coming here for years! It’s clean, affordable, and more importantly it’s quiet! The only time I hear voices are when trashy customers/tourists (probably folks like B Davis) come in and talk nonstop ruining the peace and tranquility. Thankfully that is not often. I love coming here for the full body and foot scrub as I’m a server in town. I’ve also had a facial here and it was lovely. I don’t use the Groupon, but if I did I’d definitely give a larger gratuity as the prices are already very reasonable. Very good massage therapists, especially early in the day.

Booked this spa while on vacation and wish I could get a refund. The place was cold. The man was rough. The older lady chased me out the door begging for more money because I only gave a $15 tip. Avoid at all cost.

Firstable was THE WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE , softer than an old man , if you like caresses and your lonely is good , but I'm not , I get a massage every 3 weeks and this was the worst waste of time , money and drive , at least the lady was nice ....nice doesn't help it still suck THE BIG ONE

I recently visited Aloe Spa for a couples massage on Christmas Day, and overall, it was a mixed experience. First, the positives: the spa was clean and had a soothing ambiance, complete with relaxing music and a calming fountain. The staff was kind enough to fit us in for a couples massage, which we appreciated, especially on Christmas. We used a Groupon, paying $96 for the service, which felt like a fair deal initially. The location, while not in a sketchy area, is in a more run-down part of town. It didn't affect the spa's cleanliness or overall vibe, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not familiar with the area. However, the massage itself was more of a rubbing experience rather than a proper massage. It didn't have the deeper therapeutic qualities I was hoping for, and it felt more like light strokes rather than actual techniques to relieve tension or stress. After the session, we left a tip of $25, which was more than 20% of the price ($19.20). We felt it was a fair tip for the level of service we received. However, when we tried to leave, the staff counted the tip and pointed to a sign indicating a higher expectation for gratuity. They made us feel uncomfortable by suggesting the tip wasn't enough, and my boyfriend ended up giving another $20, effectively raising the tip to about 50%. This felt quite unreasonable, especially considering the massage was not of the quality that would warrant such a high tip. In the end, the experience was disappointing because while the atmosphere was pleasant, the massage itself was underwhelming, and the forced tipping was frustrating. I won't be returning due to the pressure placed on us regarding gratuity.

I took my daughter here for her first massage because we are in Las Vegas celebrating her 21st Birthday. I found this place on Groupon and they had a really nice special for $54 for a 60 minute Swedish massage. The place is not in a nice area, the neighborhood looks rough. The inside of the spa looks just ok. The guy that works there was very nice. They had a sign up at the register that said $15+ $20 and $25 it also read tips are greatly appreciated. I gave the lady who massages my daughter a a few dollars for a tip but it was not $15. She had the nerve to point at the sign and had a look on her face that wasn’t satisfied with the amount I gave her. I then said is what I gave not good enough?? I told her I didn’t know $15 was a requirement?? I asked her if it was a requirement and she couldn’t and wouldn’t answer it. I suggested she give it back to me. I don’t mind giving tips but I don’t like when others force you to give a certain amount. I drive Lyft and never complain if I don’t get a tip. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and we would never go back. To you your response, that was very rude! I should have checked the reviews before coming to your establishment, as several reviewer state that you all are crazy about tips. I know what this country based tips on!! I was born here!

My deep tissue started out with being walked on. A deep tissue doesn't include being walked on. I asked her to get off of me. After that there wasnt much deep to the deep tissue.

The reviews about the tips are true. The massage was okay but not great. We wanted to tip $10 each and they demanded $15. It’s very awkward. Please avoid.

Great massage and communication on intensity just make sure to speak up if need so but be ready they will pressure you to tip them and talk mess if you hesitate. They thought I didn't understand but it's ok karma works in wonder to people with greed

The massage is average. They are definitely not TRAINED PROFESSIONALS by any means. The price is average approx $50 but I think that the massage people are getting taken advantage of. They come at you hungry for that tip and I think that’s all they are paid. It’s awful. The sign says tips are appreciated at $15 considered ok, $20 better and $30 NICE! So I think $10 is great which is 20% and that’s what I tipped and the lady looked at me like I was trash for it. I almost snatched my card out of the card reader and said forget the tip but I’m not that mean. I just won’t go there again.

We had an enjoyable couples massage for $97 - my masseuse was Joe & my husband got a massage by Anna. We each added a back scrub for $10 & it’s so worth it!!! This establishment is professional, clean, and honest. The massage started with laying under the sheet & bilateral pressure on the right side from shoulder down to the legs, then the same on the left side. Once that was done, warm oil is applied to the back, shoulders & arms….after that, it’s all bliss! I love getting my neck, shoulders & back rubbed & massaged! I was not expecting hot stones but that was a wonderful surprise! The back scrub that followed was GREAT! Then it’s all wiped off with warm towels. The remainder of the time is for the arms, legs. I didn’t want my face touched but my husband said he got his scalp & face massaged & enjoyed it. If you like medium to firm pressure, I highly recommend Joe. My husband described the massage pressure by Anna as “perfect”. (You can always ask your masseuse to adjust to your preferences.) Great place! I highly recommend

I decided to ignore the bad reviews and go in with low expectations. The massage was subpar. Definitely not a quality, professional massage. It was relaxing, yes, but not going to release any of my tense muscles. That being said, I needed to kill some time, and the price was right. I decided to leave a $20 tip to avoid the unpleasant tip situation so many have had, and they were gracious and not pushy. Also, the neighborhood was pretty sketchy. Something I didn’t know when booking the massage since I’m not from Vegas. Would I return? No. I would pay a little more for a good massage. Was it the worst experience ever? No.

I was extremely satisfied with my very relaxing couples 90 min massage. The key was to communicate my preference and respond when the masseuse ask you about pressure and intensity. The massage included traditional massage as well as reflexology, and acupressure. It was my first time getting a hot stone treatment and it was surprisingly and amazing. The masseuse are skilled and hardworking. At times I dozed off and enjoyed being worked on from head to toe. I have had many massages and glad I found this place off the strip. I feel my husband and I got to spend quality time in a relaxing setting. The location is off the strip but well worth the trek for the great value and professional way in which I was served. I will be back and highly recommend this spa.

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage for my 40th birthday. We live in Arizona, so we called a week in advance to book the massage. They were able to get us on the schedule and offered a great price! We received a confirmation text the day before our appointment. We arrived early and were able to relax in their cozy chairs in the lobby area. The atmosphere was dimly lit and soothing music was playing to help you settle in and start relaxing. This was my boyfriends first massage and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We left feeling so relaxed and a lot of our knots and tight spots on our backs and shoulders were worked out. Thank you so much for being so kind and for helping making my birthday so relaxing! We hope to return for massages next time we plan a vacation to Las Vegas. :)

My daughter and I went for massages. 💯 the worst massage for both of us. There is no way either of our “masseurs” were licensed or went to school. Waste of money and time. In response to the spas comment: I was blocked at the door on the way out to tip on an absolutely awful massage experience. AND left a tip! Not a huge one but definitely more than you should on a service that was horrible. Do not recommend anyone going here!! Awkward awfulness.

Had a little mixup with the appointment time but the service providers were very gracious and accommodating. Absolutely one of the best massages I've ever received. I was extremely tight, sore and suffering from some serious sciatica pain but it's been over a week and I still feel great! Thanks for a great experience!

I booked a Groupon 90 mins couples massage. First impression, the inside was cozy, seats were very comfortable. We had an appointment at 5pm and didn’t get seated until 5:30. The massage it’s self was very comfortable, they massaged every part of my body, felt really good. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because when my husband and I left, we tried giving a $20 tip. We saved up for this so money was tight, but we wanted to say thank you. The lady took the $20 and started demanding more money. Kept repeating “$20 each” and when we told her that was all we had, she insisted on taking our card for more money. Tip culture is insane now. Their sign says “tips are greatly appreciated” not “mandatory”. We left after being harassed for 5-6 whole minutes, in front of other customers. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I will not be coming back.

Was excited to find this on groupon for me and my husband for our anniversary. But we pull up in the most sketchiest neighborhood in America. Maybe outside skid row. I was uncomfortable even leaving my car in a pretty empty lot, I might add. Then we went in and all though the lady was. Very nice could barely speak English, which I'm still ok with, especially for the price, but we couldn't even communicate effectively. She called another lady up front who also barely spoke any English, and then they had to call their boss for something, I'm still not quite sure for what. It was the only thing I could understand. She made up a number for me and my husband and showed it to me on a calculator. The whole place just gave me the heebie jeebies. So I apologized profusely and said no thank you, and I couldn't have it done. I can't even make it pass the lobby without feeling uncomfortable. I didn't want someone touching me and making it worse. We left, and she chased us out the door, trying to get us to stay. I again refused politely, but she pushed further, and we just got in our car and left. I'm so thankful we did. I had to follow my gut instinct. :(

I purchased my girlfriend a groupon from here a while back and everything went well until the end. After my girl tipped the masseuse, an elder lady and the masseuse basically blocked the door preventing my girl from leaving asking for MORE of a tip. The masseuse, a young lady, said she does not get paid hourly and only relys on tips. They basically prevented her from leaving until she gave an additional $20 tip via debit card. My girl left upset and rightfully so. Will be reporting this place to the police. With those type of working conditions this place needs to be investigated. Disgusting behavior
