Don’t come to this place if your looking for a good massage, they demand tips and make you pay upfront before service. They definitely have shady business practices.

I recently tried a massage here. I do not understand some of the reviews. The establishment is very clean with nice decor. The staff was very courteous and professional. My massage was excellent, and I have no complaints. I live near by, and will definitely return.

Employee got mad when I gave her $15 tip and she demanded $20 and got mad when I told her no. Massage was decent and average. Why would I tip 20 for a 70$ massage unless you gave great service. Terrible. I'm never coming here again.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a close location for massages. We saw Aloha Spa near our vicinity and decided to give it a shot. The receptionist told us we could pay before or after the session (regarding the first review: maybe they changed this process). My boyfriend told them to go hard and deep with my massage. My masseuse did not disappoint! Yuki went very deep into my massage and took care of my knots in the neck, back, and glutes. My boyfriend told me his masseuse didn’t work on his glutes at all which is unfortunate since he sits in an office chair all day for work. They also massage your head which was new to me but very pleasing! Although there was somewhat of a language barrier, she still understood what I was saying to her. For instance, I just got a new tattoo on my inner arm/bicep and I asked her not to massage that area and she understood exactly what I meant and was more concerned as to not touch that area like how I asked. We plan to go back here for sure since the prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable. I will be asking for Yuki every time I go in the future. Thank you so much!!

One of the worst massages I've ever had. The masseuse gave me a massage with little effort. She also pressed to hard on an injury of mine in my back when I told her to be light. Terrible massage, and worst of all. She asked for tip twice after the massage. I will never go there again. These cheap low quality parlors give massage joints a bad name.

Worst massage I have ever had. She kept answering phone calls and door bells during the massage and also changed masseuse in the middle of the massage.

This place has the audacity to have you pay before your service. I never in all of my years getting services done have I been asked to do such. If they are skeptical of their clientele, then maybe they are the ones that should not be trusted, or offer there service in an area where they are comfortable with the clientele. I will be also sharing this with the Better Business Bureau. ZERO stars
