Alora Spa is the best in town! I have been going there for several years and have never been disappointed. I have used several of their services from lashes to waxing to facials. All services were top notch. I would not go anywhere else. Always professional, courteous, friendly and they go above and beyond!

Erica is absolutely the best! The salon is so nice inside. Very relaxing. Everyone is incredibly nice. Prices are great and her work is wonderful. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Erica was super personable as well as accommodating with me and my schedule. The experience was so relaxing that I know I dozed off for a minute, but Erica assured me that I didn’t snore. She did a great job! I now have a set of full, beautiful lashes, & so far, experiencing very minimal shedding. She was extremely informative as far as how to care for and maintain my lashes. I am very happy with the service and have already booked for my refill in two weeks!

I had my lashes filled by Erika yesterday for the first time. I had a great experience. It was a relaxing experience and I will be going back in two weeks for my next appointment. Definitely recommend… I have been getting my lashes done since 2017 and she is my new lash lady!

Erica was amazing I went to another place local in West Knoxville the lady charged me for a volume fill in and didn’t do a volume fill. Needless to say my lashes were a mess and I called Erica and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through what she was going to do and got my lashes looking AMAZING!!! Can’t say enough great things about her and how amazing she is. Thank you so much 😊 you have a new client.

Erica is seriously the Lash Guru. Not only is she so sweet, but her technique and skills are the best I have ever had and I have been getting lashes done for multiple years. (I have also worked in the beauty industry for 16 years) Her space is calm and serene featuring a heated bed ( that I fall asleep on every time) and her attention to detail never ceases to amaze me! If you want seamless, natural looking lashes from classic to high volume or whatever you desire in between - she will take care of you! She listens to your desires about how you want your lashes to look, she does not use pre-packaged clusters of lashes and individually and meticulously places them in the most beautiful way to complement your eye shape.
