Waited over 30 mins trying to get a haircut - I was not acknowledged once! Not even a “Hello” or “Welcome in”. Three barbers were right in front of me, and after finishing with their current cut they either went on their phone or went to the back room. Left without a cut and will never return.

As I write this review on a Sunday at 2:30 after driving 20 minutes to get here because their hours say close at 3. They have locked doors, employees inside but yet no go on a hair cut. Change your hours guys, save your customers a trip, not fair

I have been coming to Felix at Alpha men’s spa for just about 3 years now. I am always greeted expeditiously and offered a refreshment. These guys do it right. Felix has been crafting my skin fade haircut flawlessly and can’t ever imagine going anywhere else! Thank you gentlemen for taking care of us men, we need this!

Noel is fabulous...he Is as meticulous as a surgeon with great attention to detail. Both cutting hair n giving a fabulous close shave. My new favorite barber in all of Naples!!

My husband came here today because he was overdue for a haircut and his regular hairdresser at 5th ave barber had canceled a few times. He booked with Georgina because she has the most/best reviews and he gets there and she sticks him with some new guy who doesn’t speak English and insists he’s great but just needs to build his clientele. He proceeds to absolutely butcher my husband’s hair. It’s truly the worst fade he’s ever had. Terrible customer service and there’s clearly no point in booking with specific people when the person you book with is just gonna stick you with their newest and worst barber instead at your expense even though you have to pay the same amount.

Was in town visiting family and stopped for a cut. Was hands down the best full service haircut / beard trim I have ever had in my life! If you want a great experience and cut this is the place. Everyone was very friendly as well!

Misa is very professional and a very experienced barber. I have about three different cow licks and he, unlike other barbers, was able to do the smoothest transition from skin fade to a 2.

Had a wedding in the area so ended up at ALPHA for my haircut. No appointment. Took about 10 minutes to get a barber... not really a long wait. Solid haircut. A bit pricy from what I'm used to... have no idea what the average price for a cut in Naples is but I usually pay about 40% less where I am from. Good place, nice people, nice cuts... just a little expensive.

I don’t have hair anymore but my son does and they do a freaking awesome job with it. Every person we’ve dealt with has been amazing, but I need to give a special shout out to Richard Lopez for making my want to get his hair cut instead of just tolerating it.
