Whatever you do, don’t book Steven. I asked for someone else as Steven checked me in but he proceeded to do my nails himself. Very nasty attitude, very rough and sarcastic. Not to mention I asked for a service and he suggested that I not get it because it may not look good. I even asked a friend to come join me this day and she left because of his attitude and the service. Overall, my nails turned out great but Steven is in charge and has bad customer service.

Alpha nails is amazing!!! My entire family and I enjoy going there and actually feel at home. They know how to treat there clients and make them feel welcomed. Several of my clients are now there clients because of the awesome comments I provided! Also , they never turn anyone way! Very close to closing families come in and are serviced and treated kindly. The Owner is verrrrrrry nice too !!

I use to go to this nail spa all the time, never disappointed. This last time I went i was so disappointed. I went to get a mani/pedi. The pedi did not live up to my previous experience- tech did not take the time to give a good pedi, then as far as the mani... well left a lot to be said. My cuticles do not look any better then when I went in. Had some ridges on my nails and left with them . I have never had a mani while still sitting in the pedi chair. Needless to say I wont go back . I had an event i was attending and now will have to see if I can find someone to give a correct mani.

This place was amazing, my appointment was not until 11am and they were open before their scheduled time. My technicians Mary did my toes a fun Christmas color and Kayla focused on my nails and wax. They both was super friendly and so professional. She focused on quality versus quantity of her clients. She focused on my wants and didn’t try to upsell me at all. I really appreciate this visit. I recieved a full face waxing as well and all services were exceptional. My daughter's technician Paris was amazing and created a beautiful Christmas design that my daughter loves so much. She is great with teenagers and doing beautiful designs. Overall the staff at Alpha Nails and Spa are amazing. I highly recommend this salon.

Very clean once again Paris worked her magic. Had broken 3 of my natural nails. Tips applied and all look natural. Did Christmas art. See Paris to get the best.

Got my nails feet and eyebrows done for the first time here on 11/22 for my birthday 11/24. I was offered complimentary drinks which I enjoyed and my nail tech was Wind. I saw her had a lot of good reviews on here I and requested him and he was amazing. We talked and cut some jokes and made me step out my comfort zone and try almond nails for the first time which I love them. My pedicure was good and kayla did my eyebrow wax really good how I like them 10/10 I will be coming back more often

Always a most pleasurable and amazing experience. From Emily(the host) who greets you and checks on you periodically to ask if you need anything(drinks) to Nick(my pedicurist) who was absolutely amazing 🙏😀. I have been there many times and can honestly say that All of the staff are very experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. So please don’t hesitate 😉!

PERFECT nails, EVERY DANG TIME! Full set in under an hour w/ designs! I showed two separate inspiration pictures and he made it happen. Xen? I think that’s what he wrote on the paper… I was so in awe that I completely forgot to get his name but he was amazing and QUICK!

Wind is amazing!!! I set up my appointment online, I got there a little early but didn't mind waiting until my time so I could keep Wind as my nail artist. He came highly recommended by my friend who has used him for a year and I was not disappointed at all!!! Wind took the design I had in mind and brought it to life!! 10/10 will book with him again!
