Pleasant atmosphere. I went in for a partial highlight. Haley listen to what I wanted..and left with feeling so much better about my appearance. She was so easy to talk with. I'm going to schedule another and with her.

Rayne is absolutely amazing! She knocks it out of the park every single time and is always so kind and friendly and is always making sure you love your hair and ensuring it is what you want. The salon is also always beautiful and nice inside. I recommend this salon, and specifically Rayne to everyone always because she's really truly that good.

Very informative Consultation on Hair Extensions with Danielle. She explained in detail the process, what her expectations would be, what she would use and why. Danielle then asked what my expectations were and then explained how we could get there. I left feeling very excited on moving forward with the Process.

What a wonderful first experience at Alter’d Culture Salon! I made an appointment with Sarah, and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted warmly and felt welcome, not in an overly enthusiastic obnoxious way, but in a genuine professional manner. Sarah consulted with me first, asking questions and listening carefully and intently to my needs and requests. Following was a pleasant enjoyable shampoo , cut and style. I was so impressed with my finished look!! I will def be returning for future cuts and for color with Sarah. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend.

Excellent one had several cuts, colors and Brazilian blowouts and for weeks I receive compliments.the staff is pleasant but not intrusive, which I like. Ericka is extremely talented

Sarah incorporated brief yet very effective scalp massages when washing and conditioning my hair and did an absolutely fantastic job on my cut. She used her expertise to guide my choices and I'm quite pleased ☺️

I absolutely love Erika and the team so much! They always make me feel so welcome and they pay attention to detail when you make a request! It shows that they truly do care about their clients! Erika is amazing and I hope to come back to her for a very long time :)

New to the area so I searched online for a salon. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a friendly front desk staff member. She was very sweet and kind. I then met the stylist, Abba, who was just so delightful! She listened to what I wanted. I just sat back and relaxed and let her do her thing. I like to keep my eyes closed during the whole process so when it’s all finished I can be surprised. I was in fact surprised! Abba did an amazing job!! My hair looked healthier and I still had my length. Already booked her again for another haircut in February.

Ugh I cannot say enough great things about Haley. Despite being so young and fairly new to her craft, she took the time to explain how she would execute the cut and style I wanted that would suit my face shape and hair texture, recommended products that would help my split ends, and held a pleasant conversation without it being weird or it sounding forced. Such a sweet woman, I definitely will be back!
