Carley was incredible. I got the transcendent service and the whole experience was lovely :). Carley is very educated and confident, i knew i was in great hands. the whole process was laid back and she made sure i was comfortable. I don’t often spend money on things such as this, but im extremely satisfied with my decision to come here. Thanks again, i will be back!:)

The Sublime treatment was very relaxing while also significantly improving the texture & cleanliness of my hair. Carley is very knowledgeable about addressing issues and improving the health of the scalp and hair. I left feeling great & my hair looked 100 x better than it has in months. Highly recommend!

Apparently, my scalp was more gross than I realized 🫣 Carley’s space is cute and cozy, and the consultation and service were wonderful. I left with the cleanest scalp and best blowout I’ve ever had! She also made me a custom scalp oil and recommended some products to better suit my oily scalp and help heal my follicles. Will definitely be back!

I am so happy I found Carley at Altered Aura ahead Spa! After she did a full scalp analysis, and educated me on scalp health + proper care, I was treated to a relaxing treatment. The service is incredible and my hair has never looked better!

I booked a 2hr head spa treatment and I was not fully sure what to expect when I went in. I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home! We did a scalp analysis and then got right into the treatment. I was instantly relaxed and zen for the entire time. It was private and cozy and everything I needed without knowing I needed. I highly recommend and I will be back again soon!!

I tried Altered Aura for the first time and am happy I did. Carley made me feel at ease as soon as I met with her. She was detailed and kind. She made the atmosphere feel relaxing and it was all what I needed. This head spa really allowed me to have the ultimate relaxation. It was a whole different feeling from a regular massage. I highly recommend Carley at Altered Aura. It was an amazing experience and you won't regret it!

This woman is so amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She really knows her craft, and is able to give plenty of advice on how to really take care of your scalp. Even if you don’t think you needs this, go!

Wow!!! Wasn't sure what to expect......it was so relaxing! Starting with scalp evaluation, treatment, facials massage with all the smells, steam, scalp massage and neck...then to the water massage....loved it .. guaranteed I fell asleep....walked out hair blown and feeling so good!!! Highly recommend!!!

Carley was amazing!!! She was phenomenal, gentle, and attentive. I did the Transcendent package, and I truly did transcend. After my two hour service, I had to eat food to become tethered to this plane of existence again. Not only was the service more amazing than I expected, and my scalp felt better than ever, I also left looking my best. Carley gave me the cutest blowout! You can tell she has tons of experience and is a scalp guru. I immediately called my husband and told him I'm coming every 6 months at least, if not more often. After the service, Carley made me a custom hair oil and gave me practical steps to assist me on my scalp healing journey and recommended products that I can find for my specific scalp issues. I am 100% telling all my friends and coming back as soon as I can. I do not do a lot of self care so at first I was hesitant at the price but it was worth every penny and immediately looking to my budget when I get home so I can justify a quarterly visit with Carley!!

What an amazing experience! You can tell she really loves what she is doing through the care she takes on your treatment. I was so relaxed I almost fell over when I got up because I was ready to go into a blissful sleep 😂. She personalizes the treatment specifically for you and my hair has never looked healthier. Carly was absolutely AMAZING! She is who did my hair treatment and the owner. She is a professional who has opened her own practice after years of experience working in the industry. I went there and got a sublime 90 minute service. The treatment included a scalp analysis followed by exfoliation, a custom scalp oil treatment and steam, lymphatic Gua Sha massage , a high frequency therapy, a rice water circulation treatment and finally a blowout. What the description said is what I got and I couldn't be happier with the treatment. Not only was it not rushed, reasonably priced but more then I could ever ask for. I've dealt with dandruff and dry scalp my whole life and she made me feel more amazing then I have ever felt. I even bought her scalp oil which she personalized with my name. I came here from out of town and the only regret I have is that I can't keep coming here as a part of my self care routine. After the treatment I asked my husband to take me out, because not only did it make my scalp feel absolutely rejuvenated but Carly left me looking amazing with the blowout. I look forward to using her scalp oil, which she informed has helped others with scalp issues in the past. Thank you Carly and Altered Aura Head Spa for making me feel better, look better with the blowout and excited for the future with less dandruff. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a head spa. This location is located in North Phoenix at Deer Valley Towne Square inside "Sola Salons" between  Target and GNC. The location is very clean, easy to find and lots of parking. I couldn't recommend it any higher and would give it more stars if I could.

If you’re looking for the best head spa in Phoenix then this is it. The scalp analysis showed me how clogged my pores were and how dirty my scalp was before the treatment. The difference afterwards was night and day! The aesthetic is warm and welcoming and the treatment caters to each person individually! Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to book my next treatment!
