I don’t live in El Paso, however my family does and last week I came to visit them. When I go home I usually take care of my beauty needs such as facials. My mom spoke with Teresa to set up an appointment for me before I came to El Paso. She spoke with Teresa weeks in advance so that everything would be ready when I came. I got to my appointment and I was kept waiting 20 minutes until finally she opened the door and rudely asked me who I was. I explained that I had an appointment and she had no idea what I was talking about, turns out she did not write it down. No apology. Another customer came and offered to switch with me since I explained that I was leaving on Sunday. My appointment was on a Monday. Eventually Teresa offered me to come the next day at 4pm. She didn't write it down which led me to believe that she would forget once again. Honestly, with such rude behavior and no apology I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I tried different facial places and this is the best so far ! Great price and excellent service ! My skin glows every time I go and get pampered by Theresa . I wish I had the time to go every week ! lol

The absolute best! No nonsense or upsells here. Just pampering, great conversation (or mood music if that's your thing) and always clean. Great for relaxation and treating yourself to a facial!
