Went in for a hard gel mani. I already had a hard gel mani but they were grown out ( my usual nail girl is on vacation so I decided to try this place out) these are my natural nails and I decided to go shorter. Since my nails were grown out and shaped as an almond, they charged me an extra $10 since they had to file them down and it's now considered a "shape change." Apparently the girl in the front also didn't tell the guy I wanted a mani so he only went around and cut my cuticle after he put polish on, he didn't even push it back. Lol. In all I got stuck with some thick nails and paid $63 for this. Wouldn't recommend for hard gel manis and won't be going back.

This is the most outrageously expensive nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went to get an acrylic fill with pink and orange French tips and my total was $73. I’ve never even paid that much for a full set with designs, gems, the whole 9. Let alone a very basic fill that till less than 45 minutes to complete. Absolutely not okay.

Called ahead of time to ask if they had time for walk-ins, they said yes so I showed up, once there I asked for what I wanted and the girls kind of pushed for me to change the color I chose, they did a pedicure and full set at the same time so it was not relaxing at all, they rushes through both my hands and feet, I disliked the end product because it was rushes and uneven, bulky and ugly, I ended up going to another place to get it fixed so I paid twice for the same service to get it fixed 🤨🙄

Had my nails done 5 days ago by Yvonne. She did not prep my nails or anything before doing the set. I tried to have them fix it and they said it looks fine and pushing back cuticles to prep the area is not part of their service. The woman at the front desk trird to argue with me for several minutes, which I did not want, so I said never mind. She then said she would fix them, but not to expect it again because they don't do that. I said no thank you. For $65 this is what they think quality is at this salon I guess. I will not be going back and don't recommend you do either.

I'm giving a 3 only cause they did fix my nail w/o charge but while there thy switch nail techs on me and a day later 1 nail was lifting and 2 days later a nail has already popped off. I'll go back again to have them fix but won't be returning after. I had so wished I would of had a better experience since the shop is w/in walking distance to my home.

My favorite nail place! Staff is so kind and do always do high quality work. I usually get hard gel overlay on my natural nails and they last 3+ weeks.

I have been to this salon numerous times, and each time l am even more disappointed. The ladies who do your nails are so rude and act like you are forcing them to do your nails. I'm literally paying you guys, and they always give so much attitude and rush to finish your nails. Yvonne is one of the ladies who did my nails and she is so rude and she always makes my nails terrible, they always fall after a week. I do not recommend this salon the staff need to learn how to be kind to their customers UPDATE: I called them to try to talk to the manager because they told me to, I was informed the manager was busy and after a few tries she finally answered my call. She was so rude and she said what do you want me to do about it and never tried solving things or finding a solution, do not reccomend all workers are rude and don’t care about the customers

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! We have been there so many times and there is always amazing service. Kim is my favorite nail technician she always does the best job (no matter what you want) and is super nice! All the technicians do an amazing job and I would recommend any one of them! I have never had a bad nail day after leaving Alyrina!

Kim is seriously the best nail technician ever! I've been going to her for years, and let me tell you, she has seriously perfected her skills. Whether it's a simple manicure or some crazy nail art, Kim always blows me away with her precision and expertise. I mean, she can bring the most complicated designs to life! And now, she is the owner of her own shop and I’m so proud of her! She's taken all those amazing qualities and applied them to every aspect of her business. Came here last Friday to get my nails done for a fill and I checked the prices here before I got here and they totally scammed me. The girl told me a certain price so I decided to still do my nails, and when I got to the cashier I’m not sure who she was she charged me a whole lot different price. On top of that next day of my nails chipped off. :(

Horrible experience!! I showed two pictures of almond nails and got literal stilettos when I even asked him to round them. I wanted French and he made them so thick even when I told him I wanted it thinner. Completely ripped us off for ugly tilted nails never coming back. Completely deserve a full refund. Please don’t go there.

I got a gel manicure for a wedding a week ago. Four days after my nails started lifting and now two of my nails have the gel halfway ripped off. I’m not sure why this isn’t lasting that long considering gel should last 2-3 weeks.

I had the classic pedicure today and it was wonderful! Very gentle with my feet, fantastic hot stone massage at the end, the leg wrap and the gel they use is fantastic, and just a super clean place. This is my new nail salon!

I’ve been 3 times now. Use Nancy for TAP manicure and I love it. It lasts me 3 weeks! I’m hard on my nails and never wear gloves. I’ve also had great pedicures from Anna, who is meticulous.

Just took my daughter there to have acrylics removed. Thought they were going to soak them off, only to have the tech jam an unused acrylic nail underneath her acrylics and simply rip the acrylics off. I was sitting in the waiting area, not realizing what was going on until she was done, otherwise I would've intervened at the time. I could've done that hack job myself at home! I took her to a "professional salon" with good reviews to make sure we didn't damage her nails. Now she has significant damage to her natural nails. We are currently trying to do damage control at home. I challenged the tech and the receptionist about the damage to her hands, as I was told the manager was not available. They told me this was normal for acrylic removal.

This was my first time at this salon! I had a lovely pedicure, was greeted nicely and my pedicure was started right on time, despite the fact that they were very busy. Yvonne did my Pedicure. I liked her a lot. She even saw that I was cold and went and got a warm blanket to put on my lap! I also liked that they have the Venmo QR codes for each technician so that you can leave them a personal tip separately!

Got a mani-pedi done with my sister and we were so impressed! All the gals here are super sweet, attentive, and patient. Amazing selection of colors for gel or acrylic nails! Yvonne did such a great job on my almond-shaped acrylic nails. We’re definitely coming here again.

I found my new nail salon. I've been twice now and have received excellent service. Ladies are attentive and very sweet! I was offered something to drink which is something I appreciated especially on a hot day. Pedicures are amazing with a massage that is not rushed. Acrylic nails with Almond shape came out perfect! Glad I found my new nail salon! Thank you for giving great service!

I’m really sad about the acrylic manicure I got here. I’m not sure about the name of the woman who did my nails, (I think it was Yvonne) she actually cut me twice on 2 separate fingers. She cut my pointer finger and opposite ring finger really bad and was so rough when filing that my fingers are sore. She didn’t do any grooming like trimming hang nails or lotion or anything like that. I paid $68 and honestly I wish I would have spoken up about the price considering she cut me 2 times. I loved my pedicure and the woman who did it, Nadine, was so nice but I’m not sure I’d come back again.
