Amadeus Kirkland, I am SOOO disappointed in you! Finally convinced the 10-year-old boy to get a haircut with a stop who has cut his hair perfectly in the past, only to learn upon arrival for appointment that—she went home early. No call to let us know, just—sorry, no haircut. Inexcusable. What the heck?!? I had to give one star in order to post this.

I’ve had a good experience on haircuts here. Sandy and the owner do a good job of men’s haircut. But my recent experience was below average. The guy who did the haircut did not do a good job. I will not book here again unless I know the owner or Sandy is doing the haircut.

Got my brows waxed and tinted by Laura and she did the most amazing job. Now I don’t have to fill them in every time I go out! And look so natural. 1000/10 recommend her!!

I've just had my first visit under the new owner (Marlene) whose other (Amadeus Beauty & Barber) business I have use normally, but my favored stylist (Rose) was on vacation. The cut from Reynaldo was very professional and all the staff were keen and courteous. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the price reasonable. I'd happily go again. It certainly didn't have the drama of the old Bombaii Cutters, but then my datapoints there are 20 years old.

Possibly the worst haircut I ever had. And I'm not particularly picky. But this time my wife spent an hour with scissors after the visit trying to make me look decent. But not much could be done.

All good things come to an end, and thus is my patronage of Bombaii. I've had great service with stylists who are no longer working there, and my most recent was with a perfectly nice, but inexperienced (and non-English speaking) technical college student. Communication was a problem, and I was charged the same as with an experienced stylist. Time to look for a new place.

I'd give this place more than 3 stars given the situation. My root treatment was perfect and provided by Sindy. My issue was that she was 20 minutes late and I was not contacted. This resulted in a $60 parking ticket. Not happy Debbie.

The lady who did my hair was a warm wonderful person, and she was super happy to do the style I had wanted. Absolutely professional, and did such an amazing job. Will definitely go again, and will suggest anyone who needs a salon! <3

The quality really depends on the stylist. I used to come here years ago and was happy with it. Unfortunately, I came back last year, and when I asked for an asymmetrical pixie (a cut I had gotten a couple of years before but it had lost its shape after the stylist I was using left the state). The stylist I saw here responded that there was only one kind of pixie. I almost got out of the chair at that point, and probably should have. The cut she gave me wasn't bad, but it wasn't at all what I wanted.

i came in with my brother to get our haircut, it went fine i got what i wanted but for some reason the stylist just left my hair as is to air dry (mind you i have frizzy curly hair and told her i put product in when i leave it to air dry) when she was done cutting my hair. however, my brother didn’t get what he wanted and had to correct the same stylist 2 times as to make sure he got what he wanted, but gave up and didn’t get the mid fade he wanted. we looked at the prices before going in, expecting to spend max $65 for the both us (especially since the stylist didn’t spend anytime blowdrying or styling our hair and it was my younger brother’s first time there) and ended up dropping $100 + an undeserved $5 tip. i don’t even know why we had to pay that much, it’s a ridiculous amount for the service we got - haircutter’s first choice or any other salon would’ve been a better place to go for a haircut to be honest. in all honesty, our experience was really disappointing but we learned from it and we won’t be coming back - just wish we could get a partial refund or something.

I just can’t express how happy I am , got a ton of compliments on my haircut thanks to stylist TARA she did an outstanding job , the very next day after my haircut I just opened up bombaii cutters website to explore and was shocked to see the experience each stylist has. Same time I feel sad that I am relocating to other state and will miss this place a lot . A big thanks to bombaii cutters you guys rock ♥️

I just had the best experience at this salon! I had my hair colored and cut by Israel, and let me tell you it turned out so beautiful!! Better than I could have hoped for. Book an appointment ASAP because when word gets out how talented and amazing he is, you might not get in lol Thank you Izzy! I can’t wait to come back (:

Okay seriously this is the best salon in the PNW. I discovered them when I lived in downtown Kirkland and no matter if I am in Bellevue Bothell Seattle or Sodo I will come back here. The care and hospitality combined with expertly skilled folks produce an amazingly new me every time I sit in the chair. Debbie the owner is just the nicest gal and does a lot with the local community too. I will always recommend Bombaii and my latest stylist Isreal has just been a superb magician as I learn about having short hair when it was long my whole life. Give them a chance and say hi to their little doggie mascot Daisy for me!

Tara is an amazing stylist! She was able to just look at a photo to had and recreate it like perfectly! For reference I wanted the hair girls haircut from squid games. I love my hair and smile every time I see it!

The stylist was perfectly friendly and asked what I wanted for the length and stuck to what I wanted. I am perfectly fine with the hair cut I received. What I didn't appreciate was how roughly my hair was brushed. I have spent countless hours through the years of growing my hair out to only have someone viciously rip through my hair by brushing from the top and pulling through each tangle they encountered. Everyone who knows how to brush long hair knows that you start from the bottom and work your way up and if a tangle is encountered you gently untangle it from the bottom. I came in for a split end treatment and I'm concerned I left with more than I came in with.
