Avoid this business unless you want to support a business owner who disrespects his employees and customers. The last 10 minutes of my massage (I speak Chinese) he was in the next door screaming at one of his employees. The employee pleaded that there was a customer next door but he wouldn’t shut up. Will never come back. Probably will report to better business bureau.

Always a great experience here. I have been coming here for 4 or 5 years now. I saw Mary today and she did an amazing job. My neck and back were very stiff and she worked hard to release the muscles there. Highly recommend Amador Spa and Mary.

I’ve come here several times for a 60 min full body massage and have always had great service! In my recent trip with my mom she was also impressed. Professional and respectful and do a good job if you need to check in about pressure, they use acupuncture techniques with hot stones and towels as well it’s the best one in the area so far!

Decent spa. Not over the top setting. But private comfortable room. I had to ask for paper towel on face rest. Friendly staff, great pricing. For that I will go back. However, as someone who used to have regular massage sessions, I was bummed that they used elbow 90% of the time for deep tissue massage. Out of one hour, maybe 5-6min of feeling hands and that after I asked if they will actually use their hands. I still tried to tip generously. However, a real massage should be done by using hands I would say at least half of the session! Next time I will ask for someone who does not elbow massage the entire time. minus 5-6min. Elbow massage is mostly for chair massage I would say because you keep your clothes on. And I went for a massage because of tense mid back muscles due to running. A true deep tissue massage creates pain the next day or two. I barely felt any pain after or the next day.

Quick to respond front desk whom called me back right away to book my appointment. I requested Lisa by all the reviews she had and she did not disappoint. She started off on the back side and finished with a feet massage. She paid special attention to my kneck and shoulder and knew where the knots are. After working magic on my back she used hot stone to relax my upper body and laid the hot stone on my back while she worked on my legs. She gave the front side the same attention. I walked in with pain and walked out feeling so relaxed. Thank you Lisa and front desk.

Wonderful experience. Ada was professional, communicated clearly and adjusted pressure as needed. Her place was clean and peaceful. Definitely recommend this for a safe and effective massage experience.

So happy I got to try this place out! Did $60 hot stone massage using my Spafinder gift cards. They play calming music throughout the facility. Mary’s hands were amazing, she applied pressure exactly where it was needed, and was considerate with my requests. She even gave me water after my session. This place is no frills, so if the expectation for ambience is too high, this isn’t for you. It’s straightforward and simple, and I will def come back :)

I got the full body 1 hour massage. My body feels so much worse after this massage. The treatment was extremely painful. They believe using extreme pressure is the only way to massage someone. They consistently used their elbow to press on my spine. MY SPINE SHOULD NOT BE PRESSED. Thats not how you massage a back. Thats how you break a back. Also driving their thumbs into my hamstrings is not a massage. Im bruised and not in a good way in every major body part. My rating of each part goes as follows: Excellent: None Great: None Good: None Neutral: Face Bad: Feet, Calves, Forearm Worse: Quadriceps, Upper arm, Hands, Scalp Terrible: Hamstrings, Glutes, Back, Neck & Shoulders, Shin

The ambiance was fine and the massage was good. The bathroom needs a bit tidying up. What I wasn't a big fan was that they wanted me to pay upfront, including the tip. That's not the Western culture to force customers to pay upfront and to pay tip when a service hasn't even been done yet. Also, I prefer to keep my garments on. The staff chuckled and got upset just bc I preferred keeping my clothes on. The front desk guy speaks perfect English.
