Did a tour of the salon the entire process was very informative and the site manager was hospitible I liked the space a very good design!

UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an appt with the nail interlude she had someone in her chair already which resulted in me waiting an extra 15 minutes to get serviced. She’s not even close to finished with my nails rushing because ANOTHER client is waiting at her door and i mentioned that i would like a second coat on the French tip. She told me i should have said something “earlier” and proceeded to go back and forth with me about it. I asked her what are we going to do about my nails and she said she’ll fix them. She then got frustrated threw her nail brush down and stated she can’t do this she doesn’t have anytime she has another client. The same way i had to wait with understanding is the same way the client after me should i told her she should prioritize The client in her chair before anything and she didn’t like that response. She told me i can leave and i didn’t finish my service. She charged me $55 for a service that i did not ask for. I will be contacting my lawyers about this business! charging my card for a service i did not want, arguing because of constructive criticism, and lastly making me leave unserviced

The Owner Amare is beyond helpful & nice , the working environment itself is very professional and super clean, the suite tenants are very Friendly and nice , i would highly recommend this business to anyone who is seeking to take their career to a higher level … the owner goes over and beyond to make sure your welcomed . The communication is amazing , the owner responds very quickly and if anything needs to be fixed she jumps right on it with no hesitation!! I would give my first suite experience between 1-10 a 10 💕!!!! My favorite thing is the shampoo bowl it’s given LUXURY !! , the keyless Bluetooth door entry is the bomb i absolutely love it!!

To be fair , I only had a consultation which was to last 15 minutes and cost $25. I booked this appointment with a Miss Chan. I arrived 2 minutes early while I was locked outside in the rain. I walked around both sides of the suite and waited another minute or two when I walked around to a window where I saw someone doing hair. This person I later find out was Miss Chan. She whipped around, snarled at me and mouthed wait. One or two wet minutes later, I was admitted and went no further than 3 feet in the door. She stood while I sat making me feeler like she was rushed and although she gave good information regarding coloring my hair, PROFESSIONALISM was not something I felt. She may be good at what she does but she needs to learn how to treat potentially new clients. And no I won’t be using this salon for anything.

Honest review! I rent suite 11. The one star is for the decor and the other tenants. I was so excited to be apart of a black owned salon suite but this experience has been traumatizing. I’ve been renting since February. Everything else has been chaotic since my lease signing. Requesting that we provide food and drinks for the grand opening. Water bugs. Big spiders. Ants. Inappropriate Remarks. Bathroom door doesn’t lock. Running out of toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Owner lives far & There is no property management. Tenants are left to handle tasks with no benefit. My final straw is that my suite doesn’t have functioning air conditioning. Temperatures have exceeded 80 degrees. I cannot do my job successfully in extreme temperatures like that. This is a great concept but ownership is a mess. I’ve wasted money investing in a space that I thought would be beneficial. All that it’s been is a headache.
