Mona is just the best!! I went to another Hair Salon and they did AWFUL in my hair : red+orange and my hair is brown / blonde. She fixed it and I’m SO thankful! She really knows what she is doing! She did a lot for me , even reschedule other client to help me! Thanks you SO much Mona I appreciate it ! If you guys want something trendy and someone who really knows what she is doing go for Mona! :)

Bad service, after washing my hair, there was still a lot of soap left behind my ears. I had to wait around 20 minutes just to get my hair dried. Completely unprofessional

I booked an appointment here after a haircut that went wrong (that I did myself from home with a little too much confidence). 😭 Mona was a miracle worker. She fixed my hair and added some beautiful layers! I plan on coming back for some hair treatments next!

I found Mona a few years ago (after many underwhelming salons) and have been jealously guarding the secret of her until now. She has worked out of their other salons before recently helping open this new location.. which is my favorite. My Irish hair is not straight or curly and reacts negatively to humidity. She is a magician at natural color.. roots and highlights (no red in sight!), can do keratin on just the front part to control frizz, and beautifully cuts any style. What I also love is that she listens carefully to what you want, not afraid to make suggestions, and is the personification of happy (as they all are there.. shout out to Sabina too!) which makes every visit a pleasure.

I had a disappointing experience with the balayage at Amazing Hair Salon. The stylist didn't blend the color well, leaving harsh lines instead of a natural gradient. My hair looks patchy and nothing like what I expected. I won't be returning.

I had a terrible experience with hair coloring at Amazing Hair Salon. The color came out completely different from what I requested, and the stylist seemed inexperienced. My hair ended up looking dull and uneven. I was very disappointed and won't be going back

Mona took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and provided her advice to ensure the style suited me perfectly. I strongly recommend Mona to everyone. She’s a very talented and amazing hairstylist. I have been going to her for so many years. She’s always very patient and helped me understand different styles, hair textures and colors. She provides consistent services every time and colored and cuts my hair fantastically. She also educated me about color and highlights aftercare. She suggested to me the best yet affordable aftercare products and tools. I am glad I have found Mona. She has made my hair looking as fabulous as always. Highly recommended her!!

I was extremely disappointed with the hair styling services at Amazing Hair Salon. The stylist didn't listen to my instructions, and the end result looked messy and unprofessional. It was definitely not worth the money, and I have no intention of returning.

Love this salon, it’s bright atmosphere is very inviting! And the staff is just lovely My stylist Mona is awesome! Mona has been doing my hair for many years, she works at this location as well as Excel on E86th St. She’s a wiz with color and straightening and cuts! Highly recommend!

The blowout is always what I want. The hair color is also lovely and natural looking. I get so many compliments. The color costs more than the blowout of course( see below) but still very reasonable.
