Description

The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Newnan, GA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Be careful. They are really good but they’re not truthful upfront about the price. They quote you $100 for the service but then you get there and they charge your card $130. When I called and asked they said it’s because I had booked a technician that was a “pro” or something or other. Which I was not made aware of at all when booking. Then they said the majority of their technicians are at that level so charge that much. This is fine if that’s what they want to charge but they need to be upfront and honest about the price and change the menu and communicate properly. ETA: To clarify, this was for my daughter, who is a minor and not myself, which is why my name is not on it. I also said already that you did a good job. That’s not what it’s about.

The lash ladies are amazing! But the new manager cannot get to work on time. She's so disrespectful leaving professionals and customers standing outside when the store should be open. She'll come flying in, jump out of the passenger seat of some car with her McDonald's bag in hand with an attitude. No apology to anyone. This happens frequently.

My daughter went in to get her eye lashes done and the lady told her a price of 160 and when she got to the counter it was 300 dollars. Then my wife and I walked in to ask for a receipt and was told that one of the changes was for her being a repeated customer. Thank you for appreciating your repeated customers.

If I could do anything less than a 1 star I would! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment recently. On June 10, 2024 and returned for corrections on June 12, 2024, I visited your salon for a lash service, expecting a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, the quality of the lash service did not meet my expectations. The technician seemed inexperienced and rushed, resulting in uneven application and discomfort during the procedure. This was particularly disappointing as I had chosen your salon based on positive recommendations from friends. Furthermore, the behavior of your manager, Courtney, was extremely unprofessional. Throughout my visit, Courtney displayed a dismissive and rude attitude. When I attempted to discuss my concerns about the service, Courtney was condescending and unhelpful, dismissing my feedback without offering any resolution or apology. This not only exacerbated my dissatisfaction but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. As someone who values excellent customer service, I believe it is important for you to be aware of these issues. A pleasant and respectful interaction with staff, especially managers, is crucial in maintaining a positive reputation and ensuring customer loyalty. Unfortunately, my experience has left me hesitant to return to your salon or recommend it to others. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and take appropriate steps to address the issues raised. I hope that by bringing this to your attention, you can prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and uphold the high standards I initially expected from your establishment.

This might be my new home studio! I’m willing to travel. I was not sure what style I wanted and needed for my face. Melissa got me together. She was so honest with great recommendations and transparency with what I should expect. And Destiny, she is soooo fast! *chefs kiss! The receptionist is also very accommodating. This may be my favorite Amazing Lash Studio Location! Thank you!

First appointment and told after fifteen minutes sitting for the appointment that my service could not be done because the lash technician had carpal tunnel syndrome and could no longer perform services. As a physician, I have had and treat carpal tunnel and do recognize that symptoms are exacerbated by heavy use of the hands and fingers but there seemed to be other technicians that may have worked me in. Horrible first impression and although offered to reschedule with discounts I won’t be back. First impressions matter and quite frankly the experience wasn’t welcoming.

I got my first set of lashes on 5/1 they started to fall out the same day, The top of my eyelashes were itching so bad I had to wash them within 48 hrs which caused a lot more to fall out. I paid $79 in less than a week for a touch up and explained to them about the itching. They used a different type of glue for sensitive eyes that helped the itching but they were still falling out. The set of lashes do not last close to 2 weeks. You will need a refill every week. I think they charge to much for the quality of service they provide. The lash techs seem like amateurs. For the price they charge they should have a master lash tech on every person that comes through the door.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the eyelash extension studio. I had a terrible experience with their services. Shortly after the procedure, I developed an eye infection (internal stye) and all my eyelashes fell out within 5 days, despite paying for an experienced technician. I have been getting eyelash extensions for many years from top professionals, and this was the first time I had such a disastrous experience. I did not ask for a refund, but when the salon called me to schedule another appointment, I shared my feedback with them. However, I was simply told to "Have a good one." Two weeks later, they called again to offer me another appointment. Once again, I shared my experience and requested a refund, and was promised a call back. However, it has been over 1.5 months and I have not received any further communication from them. I strongly advise against using this salon and would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action regarding this matter.

I called a few weeks ago for a first time appointment, the lady on the phone scheduled my appointment, took down my card information(!), I saved it in my calendar, arranged to leave work a little early, got there and they said "I'm sorry, you're not in the system at all." Uhhh...ok. Very frustrating since this changed multiple people's schedules for me to be able to come to and it's just...not there and they didn't seem very sincere. They did offer me an appt the next day but I can't do that and now won't have lashes done before vacation. Response to owner: That was exactly the problem. But I do know I called this location and the woman I spoke to originally to book the appointment was very kind and helpful. I realize this is a "first world problem," but frustrating, nonetheless. I also never received a call or fee from anywhere else for being a "no show," which I would think would have happened if I did get salons mixed up.

My wife had an allergic reaction to the glue and after 48 hours of swollen nearly shut eyes and discomfort, I decided to call and just attain information so that I could do something to relive her pain. The associate that I spoke to said she was the best person to help me. I explained the situation and was asking a series of questions about potential remedies or relief and if this was something they’ve experienced before. I was not complaining about the service or products because I had no reason to assume or believe anything had been performed below standard. However the associate was so pre-disposed to defend the products and service that she wasn’t addressing what I was asking and kept telling me they didn’t have any appointments for today and that they use the same products that everyone else uses. I had not asked for an appointment today or if their product differed from other providers, simply wanted some insight and perhaps some possible solutions if they existed. She was pleasant when speaking but just wouldn’t not listen to what I was asking. Good news, this is something that can be learned and developed, but frustrating none the less.

I have been here 3x now . The girl talked me into a membership and I can honestly say IT IS SO WORTH IT. Not to mention how cute and comfortable the studio is . They explain what looks and lashes they can do and also explain how to take good care of your lashes! I’ve never had a bad experience and will always keep coming back!

Basically since last week these folks been cancelling and rescheduling me just for them to call me 2 hours before my appt and cancel. I understand things come up but as customers doing our part like you call ask the same should be done in return they had no reschedule for me until next saturday even tho i made my appt a week in advance. But instead they let folks call in and not show up to work which now leaves customers in bad places. To everyone who had good experiences great but this is definitely a business I would NOT RECOMMEND due to the obvious of last minute cancellations although they will charge your card if you do it and the unprofessionalism of the staff. This Business Gets 👎🏾👎🏿
