Eyelashes are falling after a week even though i did it with a “master” and paid extra for that, also is a subscription so you have to pay 120 every month to get discounts on services and products. Prices are ridiculous high, and poor value

Pleasant, quiet atmosphere. It’s always nice to see a warm environment where the team appears to love coming to work. Kristann is amazing! My husband didn’t even know I had lashes on. I have the membership and will continue to be a patron as long as kristann and her team are there!

I want to start out by saying I think the quality of the lashes are 4/5, however the customer service/management is terrible (hence the one star). I’ve had a membership for over a year and canceled it for personal reasons a few months ago. They kept trying to charge my card for 2 more months even after they had the signed termination form, which is already really snakey. I had to call multiple times for them to take my card off file and they would excuse it with “new management”. As of recently, I went to use the last of my credits and the stylist was super sweet, no complaints to her. My lashes did end up looking different than what they usually do, no fault to her cause she’s new, but not what I intended. I had an appointment to go to right after so I couldn’t stay any longer for adjustments. I called later that day to come in the next day for adjustments, and they would not accommodate me at all. They said they would call me back and never did. I had to call back for starters. When they did call me back I explained I work a 9-4 none and said I could only come in the morning, knowing I can’t do that. I didn’t want a new set, just more added into it. You would think after all the money you spend on a membership and for the amount of time I’ve had it, they would’ve been. Not to mention I haven’t had a single complaint up until recently. It’s honestly a shame and I won’t be going back. Beware of the membership and how the try to rope you into it!! If you’re looking for a lash place, look into home studios for better quality service.

LADIES DO NOT GO HERE. Amazing lash studio stole from me.I’ve spent about 600$ from May-June.I found out about this place because of promotion they were advertising. I used the promotion and thought Victoria (lash master) was awesome. The lashes weren’t the best quality and their support staff aren’t trained but I figured I’d try out the membership because it seemed like a good deal. Their membership is supposed to cover 2 appointments in a month period for 140$. They have you pick the date the 140$ gets pulled from your account.. I realized the membership only covered the bare minimum and was getting too expensive. I planned on canceling after I fulfilled my 2 fills. My last appointment, I tipped the artist and was assured my total was 65$ for that day including style + tip + extra for having a master. ( on top of the 140$ I had already paid for membership ) I left thinking I agreed to the 65$. Minutes later I saw the charges in my account…There were 3 separate charges. I called the store confused only to be met with the receptionist’s (Natalia I think was her name) attitude of she “told” me she was pulling the credit. I thought that meant taking the last credit applied through the membership I hadn’t yet used. Apparently, pulling the credit actually meant pulling another 140$ for the next months membership early. I’m still confused as to why the membership was pulled early when I had only used 1 out of 2 of the lash fills. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager called me back and I unfortunately missed the call. In returning the call, the manager answered and then hung up. When I called the store again the girl said the manager had gone on vacation and she will be gone for a long time. I wouldn’t trust this organization with your card information at the very least. Don’t get scammed.

My first three visits have not very successful. My lashes kept twisting and falling out , I have been with this company for a long time. Never had these problems, and it was never an apology! As a matter fact, I kept getting a lecture on what all I did wrong. I think after being with you guys for eight years different locations I do know how to treat my lashes. However, my last visit and my visit today has been very pleasant. I’m glad I came back to give it another shot and I think I did find somebody I really like, and that knows what she is doing! The studio is super clean, I do want to comment on the front desk team, they are very nice and welcoming. So for me personally I am on the up and up. I hope everybody has a very happy Thanksgiving.

The best eyelashes The best customer service The most reliable products Went to various salons and ended back to Amazing Lash Studio WHY because my eyelashes stayed on longer, were even on both eyelashes, and was what I asked for, they are friendly, professionals with positive energy and welcoming environment will be coming here permanently they outdo the rest!! Thank you

Horrible place, unsanitary! NO customer service what so ever. Gwen is the worst!! So stuck up not friendly at all. When you ask then a question they all seemed bothered.

I been a member for amost 5 years now and never had a stylist like the one i have now , her name is Victoria , she is the best , i really dont know what she does but they stay on for so long and she really knows what she does , i love her work .
