If I could give less I would…the management of this establishment is unprofessional rude and snippy!! They don’t listen to the issues I’ve experienced extreme itching and eye irritation from their glue. So when I alerted them to the issue a sensitive glue was recommended. I had my appointment 1-28-25 @ 1:30p. The sensitive glue caused instant discomfort, my technician tried drops fanning and even suggested that I go into the bathroom and wash the eye. But that would destroy what was done. So we continued with the drops and fanning until I could walk out. Burning continued into the night, when I woke up my eye had white goop coming out of it. The lashes are poking my lids and the lashes were shedding out. She listened to none of this she only wanted the point of the call, she was extremely rude to my benefactor and banned me from the studio. Don’t go to the Amazing Lash Studio; they will eventually treat you like trash as soon as you have 1 problem and they’ll wait until after you pay your membership fee

Omg. Amazing Lash Studio took the hype of Deka Lash, flipped it, and reversed it!!! Literally UHMAAAZZZING! First of all, their studio is beautiful! Their desk associates are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They showed and explained all of the different lash shapes, styles, lengths.. They have an entire preview board with pictures to show you exactly what the styles look like, which is sooo so so helpful. I know nothing about lashes, and these women were so kind and took the time to explain everything! My lash artist, Kiana, is amazing! She was also very friendly and informative! She made recommendations that would fit my eye shape best while also incorporating the style and length I liked. These lashes are fabulous! So, needless to say, I bought a membership. They didn't even need to try to sell it. BUT... they also have an entire board explaining each membership package, pricing and what's included. Amazing Lash Studio makes this process incredibly easy! Soooo booked my next appointment with Kiana! And I will never have to think twice about where I will go to get my lashes done!

I’ve been to a lot of amazing lashes from California to Ohio to here and by far you guys have one of the best shops you treat us with care you give us cloth to wipe our face with paper towels just really friendly and willing to work with customers. I really appreciate you guys even though I can be a pain sometimes. my stylus is now Julia, even though I’ve had a few stylus through you guys and they were all good

I haven't had my lashes done in about 3 years. I'm going on vacation and decided to treat myself and give them a try again. I absolutely LOVE how Julia did mine today! The front desk was also very welcoming and they both explained all of the options they provide to make sure I got the exact lashes and look I was going for! The salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I'm hooked and will be going back in a few weeks for a fill!

Went to this location for years and never had an issue UNTIL NOW. I went months without coming in because I couldn’t have my lashes done in school but kept my membership to build credits. Now that I moved all of a sudden the credits disappeared and when I call to question it a girl answers, says she was getting a manager, gets back on the phone arguing with me telling me I have no credits. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name, told me she was terminating my membership and hung up the phone on me. I called back to get her name and the location wouldn’t answer the phone. I will be figuring out how to get ahold of a regional manager. I would never want someone representing my store like her. **********************************************Had to edit my review to reply to owners response….. please include your email so that would be possible. everyone that works here is so welcoming and sweet! any time i have to move or change an appointment around they are super accommodating! i see Jordan for my lashes and she’s SUPER sweet and kills it every time! highly recommend getting a membership if you’re going to keep up with your lashes, it’s definitely worth it!

I don’t normally post reviews but the management team here needs to get things in order. I cancelled my membership after spending probably a thousand or more over months at this place. My lash tech who was incredible is now out on an extended leave and I haven’t really connected with any of their other techs. I paused my membership and then noticed another charge on my card a month later. I called to get a refund, which was a few weeks ago. I asked why they only paused it a month and was given no answer. While talking to that person about my refund, I was told I still had another month of fills left and could come in to use that. Today I called to ask why my charge was still not refunded. No answer to why but was then told to get my refund, my full set I scheduled with my remaining funds disappeared, and would have to be used with the funds I was supposed to be refunded (??). They definitely ripped me off $160 and the associate was beyond rude on the phone. Not sure what I can do about it but wanted to warn others. If you get their membership be aware they will charge you even if you cancel and your additional credits will go away because they can’t find it on their “system”.

Great brow wax & tint... ! You know that feeling when the aesthetician holds out a mirror and says "have a look", to which you reply "THAT's the way they're suposed to look!" .... I had that experience. Tinting brows can be a great/good/no-so experience... the color was perfect! I wanted the color they were when they were wet - exactly what I got, like a med-dark brown. Lastly, you know when you're rushing around picking up and lightly cleaning your house, and you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror anticipating a totally bedraggled person to look back at you... instead, my serious gut reaction was "WOW, those brows are PERFECT"! Its not like they "walked in the room" hours before me, they're not scary noticible, but if you saw my before, you might think: I finally woke up, or Im feeling better, or Im in a good mood, simply because my face is more properly framed by eyebrows I was meant to have.

I did not have a good experience here. After my first application, they didn't look right and were patchy, and tons were falling out very quickly. I called for a "fix" which they provided, and that's the only reason for 2 stars. I still wasn't completely satisfied after the fix, with certain places looking thicker than others, and the lashes overall seeming to be thin and of poor quality, but I thought it was good enough so didn't say anything. However less than 2 weeks out, this is what they look like. Not happy and will be going elsewhere

I have being a customer of Amazing Lash Studio (Settlers Ridge);for approximately 4 years. They always make me feel like a “good friend” Cassidy and Allison always make me feel “the love” upon my appointment arrival and when speaking with them on the phone. Their energy is positive and customer oriented. Master Lash Stylist Kaitlin is “the absolute best!” Her personality is always upbeat. She always makes me look fabulous when I get a full set, a fill, an eyebrow waxing and/or tint, Kaitin’s personal touch and customer service is the best. Thank you Amazing Lash Studio (Settlers Ridge) for being more to me than a Lash Studio! I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio (Settlers Ridge) to everyone.

So booked online weeks in advance for an appointment for today at 1:30pm. When I go in to check in with the girl at the front desk, she asks for my name and she goes we don’t have you in the system and gives me attitude. She asked me did you even book at the right place and rolls her eyes at me. I show her my confirmation proving that I was right and she goes well the girl is not even here. So I ask her, then why did it let me book online. She didn’t try to accommodate me at all for their mistake and was extremely dismissive like it was my fault. It was a very disappointing experience. I never write reviews but thought I just had to because I am a business owner myself and never seen such poor customer service.
