The initial work is great and the results after a mini refill were amazing. I love the results; however, the price for mega volume & mega volume refills is absolutely way too much even with a membership. My lash tech Kiera is amazing.

I have been with the company for about 8 months, at first they gave me two memberships but that was solved, they have a very high staff turnover and when you adapt to someone, that person leaves, with the penultimate technique I My eyelashes were falling out a lot, I asked for a change, but this person left a lot of glue on my eyelashes and that had never happened to me and the eyelashes looked different on my right eye compared to the left, I left afraid of the lower eyelashes that would fall out. They hit me, I asked them to change the person to fix the work, paying for it with my credit and today, eight days later, I was surprised that the same person attended to me when I remember that the person who assigned me the appointment at the reception, who was also very kind, asked that they put me with another person, today I explained to him what had not gone well for me and well, at the end they were missing eyelashes at the end of the eye, she very kindly filled them in but the eyelashes were very different in each eye and so I spent the whole week feeling bad with the strange look, I really tried but they change the staff too much, today I come home very disappointed, my My eyes look strange, today I canceled my membership, tomorrow someone is going to correct them for me at the company's expense, I hope that at least these last ones look good. This was at the Brier Creek location. Llevo con la empresa unos 8 meses, al principio me hicieron dos membresías pero eso se solucionó, tienen una rotación de personal muy alta y cuando te adaptas a alguien, esa persona se va, con la penúltima técnica se me Venían cayendo mucho las pestañas, pedí cambio, pero esta persona me dejó mucho pegante en las pestañas y eso nunca me había pasado y las pestañas me quedaron diferentes en el ojo derecho comparada con el izquierdo, salí con miedo de las pestañas de abajo que se pegaron, pedí que me cambiaran la persona para arreglar el trabajo pagándolo de mi crédito y hoy ocho días después, Me llevo la sorpresa de que me atiende la misma persona cuando recuerdo que quien me asignó la cita en la recepción que además fue muy amable pidió que me pusieran con otra persona, hoy le expliqué lo que no me había quedado bien y bueno al terminar faltaron pestañas al final del ojo, ella muy amablemente los rellenó pero las pestañas quedaron muy diferentes en cada ojo y así estuve toda la semana sintiéndome mal con la mirada extraña , realmente lo intenté pero cambian demasiado el personal, hoy vengo a casa muy decepcionada , mis ojos se ven raros, hoy cancelé mi membresía, mañana alguien me las va a corregir ya por cuenta de la empresa, espero que al menos estas últimas queden bien. Esto fue en la locación de Brier Creek.

Crystal is fast and professional. I didn’t catch that she was a master stylist when I booked but she definitely is a master. Gatlin is always super helpful and moved my appointment up for an event. Awesome lash spot:)

Great service, just random performance. The technician did a wonderful job on my lashes and has the greatest energy. She is positive, gentle and focused. I had been hesitant to change service providers but she took wonderful care of me. She has a new client now. Edit - After a couple of days my lashes began to fall out and I was told that is normal. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and chose this location for convenience. I saw Britney, who did an amazing job and the lashes actually lasted as they are supposed to. We lose lashes naturally but definitely should not be several the next day. I think this location can do a better job of giving the technicians more time to perfect the job. Overall, the random scheduling doesn’t work for me. If I want a more seasoned technician I would have to pay more. I would rather go back to my old location where I know that I will get quality without the up charge.

I went to amazing lash studio monday before my vacation. The overall experience was great however I had a bad allergic reaction to the products that were used to apply the lash extensions. Would recommend just be careful if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

In this day and age most companies are suffering at the hands of employees who lack customer service, are unprofessional, or are just plain rude. But Tyler at Briar Creek is the exception to the rule. Always problem solved and looks for solutions. Always has a great big genuine smile. You can even hear that smile over the phone! And always keeps a classy yet professional look…hair, nails and makeup ALWAYS on point! More companies need a Tyler at their front desk if they want their business to grow!
