Amazing Massage

I got an hour massage that stated it came with hot stones on the service menu for $70. They request payment before the massage but didn’t tell me there was a $3.00 fee for payment with card. Then, I received no hot stones, I was cold the whole time and only after the massage was over did I see there was a heating pad on the bed the entire time that wasn’t turned on. Additionally, the woman didn’t speak much English and wasn’t able to provide me appropriate change for a tip. I called the number I had made to make an appointment and requested a partial refund but was not given it. Terrible experience and misleading service.

I really hate to go this low with a review, but this was a really bad experience. I've gave this place a shot when the new owners took over (I used to come once a month) and the first massage was ok, the next one I went with the deep tissue, which has an extra charge. It was ok, but mostly just using elbows and feet. I had another massage with Kelly and, if you decide to come here, I'd recommend requesting her. This time around the lady didn't know what she was doing. I asked for an hour and to focus on my back and neck. She put me in the room with no sheet on the bed (she brought one in with her right before she started). No warm up or anything, she just stood on my back and started digging in with her heels and toes. She ignored me asking her twice more to just do my neck and back. She then started using her hands and elbows with barely any pressure. She stopped the 1hr massage after 50min. She saw me glance at the clock when she was about to leave, and then came back without saying anything and rubbed my leg and head for 2min, then left. Before I left, she handed me a water, and I handed her a $20. She looked at me and said, "more". I just looked at her and she said, "more tip". The massage wasn't deep tissue, besides when she used her feet, she ignored me asking for just the neck and back, cut the massage short (no hot stone either by the way) and then asked me for a bigger tip...I just left. I'll be finding a new place, this spot has gone way downhill. Edit/Note to the owner: First, thank you for taking the time to reply to my issue, I appreciate the apology. Ultimately, if the only person there that can give a professional massage is Kelly, you have a big problem. If you want customers who have had a bad experience to give you another shot, it's a good business practice to offer an incentive for them to do so (a free upgraded service, a discount, something like that). I won't be coming back just because you ask, it's $105-$115 for me to give you another shot. It makes more sense for me to try somewhere else. I wish you the best of luck, and hope you turn things around. Based on the recent reviews, a bit of training could go a long way.

I have been going since the new ownership change, and they are wonderful. Kelly the manager always has a smile on her face, and she gives a great massage. She remembers the amount of pressure I like and that I like to be stretched. I would highly recommend the place. I have been getting massages for over 20 years and Kelly is one of the best masseuses I know, both in her technique and her pleasing personality.

I used to love this place before it changed owners. I believe most of the good reviews are from previous owners and when Frank was there. I just dropped off my mom to get a massage for Mother’s Day and the lady in the front was so rude!!!! I paid up front as I needed to get back to work and she asked me for tip, I said she has not even started the massage and is asking for tip??? She said she wants to make sure she gets the tip, all this with terrible attitude and after I paid more than $70- I said we will give it after and she just rolled her eyes. I would’ve cancelled service if it was for med but didn’t want to do that to my mother. This is the second time this lady is rude to me so I am never going back, which is sad as I work around the corner and used to go every other week.

Absolutely nothing felt good. I just wanted to relieve some tension in my back. I’ve I get massages regularly and I enjoy a deep tissue massage because it feels so good. I decided to try this place out and everything she did was just hurting me and the wrong way nothing felt good. She was dry rubbing my neck I didn’t even do the same thing on both sides bad energy from when I walked in and then the Manager yelled at me to pay her. I left crying I didn’t not enjoy this at all please save your time.

I scheduled 3 hours before and asked specific for a male massage named Mark. Unfortunately they chanced management and Mark doesn't work there any more and they didn't tell me!!! I wasted my time! Very unprofessional!!!!

Updated review as of 1/2024: Amazing Massage is always in a cycle of new management. Not sure why, but Mark and Apple when they were here, were awesome. They’re both gone. Afraid to try who’s new because I’m not sure how long that person would be there. I hope they get things figured out! 🙏💯

First and foremost most massage places u go to use oils along with the purchase of your massage but these people charge a extra 10$ then ask if u want medium hard , hard an extra 17 when in all honesty different size people need a different amount of force on them . But that’s not even the main problem as I was leaving my appointment they literally tried to keep me there trying to force me to leave a 20$ tip for their services keep in mind they just tried to charge extra just to give me the right massage I needed being almost 200 pounds and having thick skin .. it seem like I was about to get beat up for not paying what I think wasn’t deserved

Just had the absolutely best body massage I’ve ever had here. As part of a couples massage (my partner has never had a massage before so she’s completely spoiled now and doesn’t even realize it), the pressure and techniques were both therapeutic and relaxing. I don’t live in Atlanta so the only disappointment is that I can’t come here every week. Very reasonable price and friendly staff, highly recommended.

This is my hidden gem. The massages are always on point. The massages include hot stone at the end, it doesn't get better than that. Ive been here twice now and will not give too much away but I will tell you, do not let the location/the outside fool you - this place deserves more than 5 stars

Great Thai massage . Very accommodating. With over several hundred massages in the past few years, I can confidently say the full-time solo-preneur and owner has a great practice. Many impressive tenhinques not practiced in most of metro Atlanta.

Small, older location next to a pub. But the massage was fantastic. I went in with back pain that I had for a month and it was gone the day after my massage.
