I received a gel pedicure on 25 January 2025. I currently had gel on my toes from a previous pedicure. The staff were friendly. However, they were very pushy with my friend when trying to convince to upgrade the type pedicure she was going to receive. They finally decided to stop pestering her after the fourth time she declined to upgrade. My nail tech was nice, but there were multiple times where she had the handpiece on the skin around my toes and not on the actual toenail itself which was uncomfortable. It was been exactly a week since I received my gel pedicure and my big toenail has already chipped. Less than thrilled with my experience at this salon.

Finally! I found a place that has great service and knows how to properly do pedicures, cut/cuticles, and massage. Everyone, actually takes pride and care in what they do. Since moving from Phx I've been to quite a few others in the area and nothing compares. Tina, the new owner since March 2024 is absolutely amazing. She brings many years experience in the industry. I love that she took the risk into entrepreneurship. 💜 #teamwork

I took my daughter and my 8 year old granddaughter to get our nails done. My granddaughter got her first manicure and loved it. But the best part is that it's been almost 3 weeks since we went, and my daughter and I are both shocked that none of our nails have come off. Not a single one! We've never had our nails last this long. We're both amazed. Now we know why they are called Amazing. Because they are AMAZING.

My nails started to lift after two weeks and my pedicure looks so ugly. I paid $130 and it was definitely not worth it. The man who did my nails was so rude. Never going back to this salon.

I came in as a walk-in with long, uneven coffin shaped with bright pink gel. Was called back by the guy named JACKI(not sure of the spelling) He took my complete mess of nails and shaped them into almond like I requested, repaired two nails that had broke and gave me a beautiful nude look. He was very efficient and managed his time well that I was in and out so quickly and I haven’t been this Happy about my nail tech in a very long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love getting my nails done here. Everyone is super friendly, they are professional yet laid back. They have a great selection of colors, even seasonal. The prices are very reasonable. I enjoy being able to make my appointments online and getting reminders, incredibly convenient. Called last minute day before Thanksgiving and they got me in for mani/pedi! Really love this place 💕

Today I visited amazing nails for the first time and I have never had such a warm welcome from all of the staff! They all asked my name, made sure to make me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on my pedicure and gel manicure! Great service, extremely friendly! Their customer service is like no other! It felt great that they asked my name and remembered it! I am very happy with how my services turned out, this is my new go to salon!

Amazing people, make you feel welcomed, they are so friendly and their customer service is bad far the best from other and most nail places. I highly recommend them specially if you have had bad experiences with other nail places. I’m very happy and pleased with all of them :)

I booked online for a gel manicure and pedicure. I walked in, and one of the staff started saying something that I didn't comprehend. I just said I have an appointment, so they had me sign in using my phone number. The tablet then asked again what I wanted done, and I marked it again, the same as when I booked online. Then, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to get started. Once I am seated in front of someone, he immediately starts chopping off my nails. I then asked if he knew that I was getting a gel manicure. They told me that I said yes to full set of acrylics. Um no... I booked for a gel manicure. He should have clarified with me what we are getting done and i would have corrected him. So I had to commit to short nails. Then, he clipped my cuticle on my pinkie and made it bleed. He says it was a cuticle. It's still stinging. I then got my pedicure and that went really well. If I had cash, I would have tipped him only, but I ended up tipping at the end with my card. I live in sahuarita and it's not worth going there again. Overall, they need to communicate more with the customer and actual look at their system that they use for booking and sign in.

I'm absolutely in love with my new nails! The deep red color is rich and elegant, and the cherry design on the ring finger adds such a cute, playful touch that I can't stop admiring. Tina did an incredible job, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Diane also gave me an amazing pedicure. I highly recommend this location!

If you’ve been wondering what happened to Tina and Jackie at VIP Nails at Broadway and Kolb, they’re now the owners of this Amazing Nail Spa. For many of us, it’s a bit of a drive to get to their new place but it’s so worth it. Their nail spa is clean and pleasant and they’re doing their usual great work. If you’re not familiar with Tina and Jackie, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
